★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the food was good as always but the attitude that the staff had was disappointing. was i to be at fault for not knowing i had to collect a sticker to dine in, when there was no staff at the entrance to tell me what to do!!! i was unable to enjoy my meal because whatever the staff had said affected me a lot. i refuse to come to this outlet again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to make a complain about your customer service i had experienced today. I made an order via kiosk. After completion of my order, i notice my queue number was not displayed and decided to double check with the counter. Upon consulting with the cashier, they assured me that the number was in their system and not to worry if the number is not displayed. However, after a long 20 to 30 mins of waiting, i was frustrated and noticed that your staff stationed at packing is playing around. It was only after 40mins, then i received my order. The food received was even cold and salty. Really disappointed with the customer services provided at rivervale mall this afternoon. Hope that you can improve and educate your staff properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought table service and sat at a corner and waited 20mins then went to check the counter to see it sitting there, said that they couldn’t find me.., how is that possible, if you work there you would know where the seats are at and after i took it and went back to eat the manager stop by to exchange my cold fries, guess what after 15mins she never came back. Left me there without my fries and a cold burger. Probably the worse I’ve experience from mcdonald

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fair share of disappointment with this outlet, morning unwashed faces! manpower issue n quality of items, wrong or left out items. Feedback channel snail slow they HQ wouldn’t bother they will push right back to the manager of this outlet. Slow weeks to respond by then you are almost up n against their nonchalant approaches, make sure you asked for your sauces check your orders correctly before leaving. Saved your graces ? 2 stars remains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Mcdonald’s outlet is generally like the rest. Quite good and all, had the double cheeseburger meal and is was quite nice. Staff was friendly as always and the place is generally quite empty. Overall, if you are looking for a fine burger, you can come to this Mcdonald’s to have a nice lunch. Also I think therr’s a drive through, haven’t seen it but sounds cool.
