Every single time I make an appointment I am asked to wait 20-30 mins. When this package expires I will not renew due to the long wait times with appointments.

Tina was patient and meticulous down to every detail, and doesn't hard sell (which is something I sincerely appreciate). Will definitely look for her again in my next visit. The salon conveniently located at MBS has a very comforting ambience too. But I must say, not every nail parlour under their same company group (Pixie Nail Spa Group) offers such great service. I booked a new appointment with Buff'd only after a disappointing visit to Qoosh at Wisma Atria.

The service staff is friendly and it was a good girls’ time together . ?? On the gel manicure you get 3 weeks removal period too , which is a great plus. Recommend to try at least once via Fave voucher , if possible. Otherwise they have packages too.

(Including some after care products which i dont know if its gonna work) Staff asked me to try this try that during service, even every single coat they charged, hand scrub they charged, even the bath bomb used for cleaning feet they charged. Remember to ask for the price before coming to this place.

T	Tara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve come here a few times and service is relatively fast and good for a chain nail salon. I bought a package many times since I live in the area. But today the ladies who did my nails really seemed to hate their jobs and weren’t happy that I took a few minutes to pick my color. Also I have a package but they said I still have to pay extra for some colors. Quality of the mainicure is sub par considering how expensive the package is and I seem to have nail polish all over my hands and arms because the lady massaged me with nail polish stuck on her gloves. There’s some a bit of cotton bud stuck to my gel. After all this they still had the audacity to ask if I want to renew my package? Atleast give good service and I’ll consider it..

When I reached the shop, both Wendy and Sally took good care of my hand and feet and transformed my dry and rough condition to a brand new smooth and great looking fingernails and toenails as seen in the photographs and even had to finish work late due to my hard skin cuticles n dry soles.

She goes the extra mile and is always ensuring that I’m mighty pleased with my nails. She also does not hesitate to edit/make changes to the design on my nails if I point out anything. I am very grateful to have her as my manicurist! ❤️ Together with Lynn (Wisma outlet) and Madeline (Mbs outlet), they are the reason why I always top up my packages. Highly recommended! ?
