Came with my husband for his appointment Today,. 22nd April at 8:15am !! I would like to give my thanks to the young man in police uniform!! He is at the Entrance, But when he saw that the queqe is long, He quickly help to clear the queqe!!??? Thank you so much!! All the Staff are friendly and make our Day bright!! Wishing everyone safe and healthy always ?? !! Cindy !! The rate should be 4 stars ??

worst experience so far at polyclinic. made an appointment 10.30 came here to a long queue so I went to check online do I have to queue at the clinic kiosk the website say no need when I already queued for 30mins so I went ahead and told the nurse i had a appointment and the website says I don’t have to queue again then they tell me oh still need. here’s my point if i need go re-queue after making an appointment then what’s the point of it and it’s so inefficient and slow when I got out of a 20 plus people queue just to requeue after being rejected

As someone staying nearby, I dread going to this polyclinic. Irregardless of the crowd, a visit to this place usually takes a minimum of 2hrs & above. Because of them I thought all polyclinics are that inefficient till I accompanied someone to Clementi polyclinics that changed my perception. The crowds at Clementi easily a few times the usual BB crowds yet we manage to leave Clementi Poly within an hour. While my subsequence visits may not always be as smooth a ride as the first but usually a longer wait coincide with a much larger crowds, I would have been more understanding to BB poly perpetually long wait if their crowds matches to those at Clementi. My recent visit to BB poly after a long while not only still affirms my not so good impression of this place, it probably broke my last straw. My mum was sent here by her GP for a bone density test but the clinic forgot to stamp the otherwise completed form and she was refused the test. While it was a genuine error from the clinic but it wasn't an error of the patient. In our passion to be a smart nation and embrace what technology can add value to our healthcare system, it's hard to believe there are no other better ways than to send the patient back to the clinic just to get a stamp and then to re-arrange everything again, while wasting a booked slot all these time. Really a shame that just a simple ingenuous error would get in the way in providing a basic health check to an 80+ senior. The staff/s who rejects to facilitate our test thinking they are just following protocol(blindly) are simply a disgraceful representation of our healthcare system.

Okay today I went to polyclinic at bukit batok for check up coz I got fever. I did my ART test at home and it's negative. So after seeing doctor, the doctor said I need to go for ART swab test indented in that polyclinic. I waited since 3pm until 6.30pm still they haven't call me.so I left the place as my patience is depleting and I was hungry so I took the audacity to leave. Furthermore they only have two rooms to cater for a whole bunch of us which is not practical, not sufficient and not efficient at all. If they were efficient, sufficient,and practical, there won't be a lot of people waiting.. am I right?

Fast service and nice area dedicated for the paediatric assesment. Doctor consult and nurse area is at tge same area, not mixed with other patient. Newly renovated. Only downside is that only have 1 lift and the carpark is at tge hdb side

Long waiting time for red zone patients' (those w cough/flu/fever) queue to register despite making an appointment the night before and registering in advance on the Health Hub app. Arrived at 10 20, appt time was at 11 10. Queued until 11am, actual appt time was 11 30. Nurse (blue specs and blue uniform) who attended to me before I did the swab was blatantly rude and impatient. Dr and the staff who did the swab were v professional though. They were friendly and understanding. Kudos to the nurse who did the swab and art test, it was quick and painless!!

Poor staff. Poor service. For those who have cough, runny nose, sore throat symptoms. pls do not visit here. You will wait the appointment from Early Morning until end of the day. Bye!

Not only this polyclinic but the system at all these polyclinic under NUH has lots of issues to be improved. 1. You can only take online booking for time slot after 10 PM for next day appointment. If you are late for a few minutes and you can't get early slots. 2. You can get an Queue number before half an hour of your appointment slot is fine but it doesn't guarantee you that it is your turn when your time slot is up. 3. Your actual time seeing doctor can be deviated up to an hour.
