A	Alvic Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried this during the HA period, and only takeaway is available. Location is quite ulu, but worth the trip for burger lovers. Ordered the Butcher Classic Burger, and the Smoked Salmon Rossti. The beef patty is juicy, and have the smoked feel. Sauce goes well with the whole burger. The fries turn slightly soggy during the transportation thou, but still acceptable for me. Rossti have some black pepper, and it's nice. Salmon are smoked, nice and not too dry. Rossti is a tad oily thou. Price is reasonable, and definitely worth a visit for the burgers.

The Crispy Stack is a tasty one with crispy shallot which is really unusual for a burger, but so good! Love how the shallot flavor complements the beef and cheese. But.. Truffle Shuffle is the real star here. Meat is juicy and tender, and it full of mushrooms and truffle taste! Awesome sauce too. Oh, and do try the Mentaiko fries. Highly recommended, will definitely come here again.

It has a self-service kiosk, where customers order through a touch screen display, pay and collect the food when the beeper sounds off. Very little or no interaction with the stall owners at all. Ordered a Bacon Cheese Burger and Smoked Salmon Salad. Burger (with fries) was as good as one can get at that price. Salad was a bit on the salty side.

Thick cut fries that resemble steak fries but seems like hand cut. Bacon could be crispier but still, this is the real deal.
