Ordered two meals and waited for a long time noticed the number on the screen was serving now but no one called the number so I asked the counter but they said they were still preparing.. then I waited awhile more (seeing everyone else taking their order) then I saw my order on the counter but still no one called the number … so I went infront and collected it and I noticed there wasn’t curry sauce so I asked for it and they only gave me a packet …

McDonald’s Yew Tee is usually fine, but late night visit got me very poor quality of food even comparable to fast food standards.. cold and dry burger patty. Maybe it was a one off experience, but I’ll reconsider my future attempts at a late night meal there

Very good experience at this outlet. It service is very fast during non peak hour. During the peak dining hour, the place is packed like sardines and it is hard to find a seat and the food takes about 5-15 minutes to prepare. There is a dessert kiosk/counter at this outlet. It is part of the kitchen area and faces outwards. The ice cream machine is located next to the drink machine. This outlet also has a mac cafe. It sells caffeine drinks like coffee and some desert treats. It is a pretty big outlet and serves many residents of Yew Tee everyday. It also has four kiosk. To make things more efficient, order from the kiosk before going to the counter to pay, it will saves so much time. It is also has grab delivery services. Overall, a very large and nice outlet and is always filled with customers.

Often eat at this macs outlet because their fries hit different. Legit better than other outlets in sg! Always hot and crispy outside plus just the right level of salt.

Wrong order at most times, terrible customer service, ignores you when you try to order most times, and they like to throw your order together, with burgers assembled badly, and packaging looks like staff just threw it in. Orders take forever to be made even though quality is trash. Recently had a staff stir McFlurry with her gloveless hands after I placed my McFlurry orders. Didnt say anything about the machine not working in advance.

Somehow this place does not keep up with QC. Hash browns are too hard. And somehow 10x more oily than other McDonald's... Same for the wrap. This is the first time I see oil gathering at the bottom of the wrap. No other outlet has so much oil in their food.

Today received only 1 corn cup. Order 3 corn cup. Pancake sauce also did not give. :(

very irresponsible management, refer to attach receipt. After placed order n payment through NETS, get a printed receipt with Order Number unclear or breakage numeric. Checked with staff they told me the number is 2676. But after 10 minutes of sharing at the Q screen, 2676 never appears. Bring yhe receipt to counter and asked a man manager. He took a look at the receipt and simply said haven't make payment. Immediately I shown him my bank transaction screenshot and he turned to explain is the printer ink problem. I told him that is Macdonald issue, don't tell me. When I asked him why he said not yet make payment, he said he make mistake n walk off. Then a female staff comes n she is very kind rectify why the order 2676 was not shown on the screen and then she move to fo a manual key in at the counter. We patronise Macdonald not to get insulted n humiliated for the kind of poor print out order receipt and the poor system for not capturing the order after payment but telling off customer NOT YET MAKE PAYMENT!
