★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chanced upon this little coffee shop with limited seating inside the magazine shop. Owner is a friendly guy and knows his craft. Bought a Dalgona iced coffee and it was really good. The shop also served matcha, come desserts and viet sandwiches.

Apart from that, the banh mi is to die for..heads up, they run out very fast.
Fastest fingers first!
Suoer wallet friendly price from $3 for a long black.
Love the fact that they are sharing space with the iconic Holland V newspaper guys.
Came here for java fix & got hooked!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tucked in a corner at Thambi Magazine store is Caffeine Xpress to cover our anti-adenosine schemes…. I usually get a basic iced latte but was pleasantly surprised by their Dalgona latte, sweetened with a deeper and burnt, caramelised flavour of actual dalgona in iced latte. A wonderful concoction. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ‘Hole-in-a-wall’ concept beside the magazine stand. Friendly coffee price $5.50 for Iced Latte and great service from owner. Limited seats for short coffee chat. Worth a try if you’re near the area. My caffeine boost post-gym. Does Dalgona coffee too if you fancy sweet coffees. Will come back for sure.
