★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order at 626pm, confirmation stated to collect at 646pm. Reached 655pm and they said preparing. At 715pm, i asked again and they said another 10 to 15 mins. Managed to collect only at 722pm, 36 mins after the stated collection time when im rushing to somewhere else. Really a waste of time waiting, slow service. Order at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever customer service and delivery from their yishun branch. Please refer to my order number CPY006873, order was placed at 8.29pm. We have yet to receive our order at 10.23m. Called up the Yishun Branch, operator refuses to give her name and lied that she is only a part-timer and do not have colleague working in the outlet nor know the outlet manager. wow.. unbelievable. Simply refuse for me to speak to anyone over the phone.
I was only told that my order was handed over to the delivery rider at 9.25pm so technically my pizzas were out and around for an hour. Eventually we only receive our pizzas at 10.28pm, approximately 2 hours from when the order was placed.
The pizzas arrived cold and hard, the box of chicken wings were soggy and box already rotten from the water condensation.
It is such a shame to know that this is the current customer service standard and food quality standard by Canadian Pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet at Sembawang (McDonald's Drive thru) and near Chong Pang has been here for more than a decade. It's a good alternative to Pizza Hut as they have been selling 2 for 1 pizza since they started. Size of a regular pizza is bigger than Domino's (very stingy). The ingredients are sufficient and quite generous with the sauce. I'm glad still do delivery nowadays and it's also available on Grab. Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 5+pm , Late delivery for close to 2 hours. Called 3 times to expedite and finally got it by 730pm! Restaurant apologies in the call that the lateness is because of new system , Do u think it’s reasonable?
And food was slanted to the side. Had adjusted to center when taking pic Pic. Drumlets overburnt , Taste wise was soso ,maybe ruin by the late delivery ?. Restaurant should compensate but didn’t!
