Went today with my 11 y.o daughter to get her a new pair of glasses. Was attended to by Ms.Zhang the optometrist. Very courteous and helpful and pricing was generally decent.

Visited this place because of the good reviews. Initially I was a bit worried because I just wanted to change nose pads for my glasses (i.e. Only spending a little) and worry that the staff might give attitude. But the staff had been very polite throughout, and I enjoyed their service. I will likely visit them next time when I need a pair of new glasses

Nice store with bright colours. Staff were pleasant, and did not pressure you to buy. They were patient in explaining the design of the different models. Great variety of frames. I purchased a pair of sunglasses, will definitely be back next time!

Went to Eyedentity on 12/06/2021 and Optometrist Zhang Lin Jian was superb. She is professional and very detailed. I went there to buy contact lenses and I was adviced to do an eyecheck. After which I informed Ms Zhang that I did not bring my lenses container along with me, she then offered me a new pair of lenses to put in after the eye check. That wasn't service with a smile... That was service AND a smile with professionalism!! ?Would also like to thank the guy (whom I did not managed to get his name) . He has an eye for detail and assist with our needs throughout. I am very impressed! Way to go! Yay!! Highly recommend Eyedentity. Thank you Ms Zhang and Mr. Guy :)

eyedentity provided me with the best and most intimate service i’ve experienced at an optical shop ever (i’ve been to so many islandwide). Ms Zhang Linjian was the optometrist who attended to me when i first discovered the shop in Aug 2020. at that point in time, i was exasperated with my search for a nice pair of specs to replace my worn out frame. due to my high myopia and astigmatism as well as having a small face, i was often recommended kids’ frames instead. at other optical shops, i often left feeling frustrated, annoyed and invalidated. however, Linjian was the first to empathise with my situation and validate my concerns. she was really patient in helping me find a nice frame that would be small enough for me. i found a pair i really liked but it was too thin for my thick lens. a year later, i returned to the shop because of the good service, hoping there would be newer frames that would fit me. no time was wasted needing to explain my situation again as Linjian remembered me. i managed to find one which was really well-made upon fitting the lens such that my lens did not protrude out as much as i had expected. throughout the process, Linjian was extremely patient, meticulous and professional. she was knowledgeable in her explanations and very genuine in her advice and recommendations, far from being pushy at all unlike at other shops. she was also very willing to go the extra mile to help me visualise how thick my lens would be when made. i really appreciate her patience and honesty. when i received my specs, i had some issues getting used to the new prescription. Linjian and team did not invalidate my experience and instead were very patient in trying to find out the root cause and solving it. the manager was also friendly and professional—you can tell he loves his job. not only does eyedentity have an attractive range of eyewear, but it also offers really genuine, personalised and memorable service that is hard to come by. i wish i found out about eyedentity sooner. don’t waste your energy elsewhere and come experience it for yourself.

Walked in to get my glasses fixed and their staff named stella was very helpful and meticulous. Highly recommended.

martin is so patient and nice. enjoy the time there and grab a masunaga. great attitude and service. product is really good quality, dropping from level 16 to ground never broke it.

I walked in on Monday evening hoping to find a replacement for my frame that broke earlier on. As it was an emergency, I requested for the lowest possible priced frame that could fit as I needed to see to get home as I didnt want to change into a new pair yet. Mr Alson Loh was very understanding, patient and kind in helping me find one that was the best fit and charged me a reasonable price. I dont stay in the west region but i would recommend this place to others who are there.
