โ โ โ โ โ Yvonne, KY and Daniel were professional, friendly and patient in explaining to wife re her progressive lens and I for my first ever reading glasses! (I know, presbyopia had finally caught up at age 47!) Would recommend everyone to try out this reasonably priced brand (which we thought at first was a posh, German brand & almost didn't stop by hehe).

โ โ โ โ โ I am very pleased with my visit today. After an eye check that I must say more thorough than I expected, I ended up paying for a single vision lens that is greatly helping me with my desk-work range vision. I originally wanted a progressive office lens to supplement my 'normal' progressive I already have, but the experienced Optician (Jasmine) patiently tested my eyes and explained carefully to me what I really needed.

โ โ โ โ โ Today, I have been impressed by Lilia at Jem outlet with the outstanding customer service provided to me.
I went there to check if I can get my daughterโs broken frame fix. Lilia was busy serving a client so I left the pair of glasses and my contact with her.
Lilia went extra miles to search for the matching frame and WhatsApp pictures to show me.
Finally we settle for 1 out of 3 frames she managed to find.
Shortly after, she WhatsApp me a picture of the fixed and cleaned โจglasses.
Amazing service by Lilia. Her attitude towards her work is on an entirely different level.
Highly recommend Zoff @ Jem to anyone who needs a pair of new glasses.
Remember to ask for Lilia!

โ โ โ โ โ Always believe in Zoff, much more comfortable than other brands I tried. Honestly, I tried Lenskart and OWNDAYS the same day, but even the higher price frame are not that comfortable as Zoffโs. The Mickey collection is super cute and case is Mickey pattern as well. Half year of lens warranty and one year for the frame. Really recommend!
