The female Staff is Horrendous. Talking loudly, rude and disrespectful. She seems unhappy doing work. I don’t need perfect service, just a normal order without feeling that I’m disturbing you by ordering your product. Perhaps that is why they don’t get much customers, coz of the staff they hire.

Very very very lousy. Don’t buy. It’s not even worth 1*. The tea quality is so poor, bubbles are so terrible. I just spend $5.60 on their recommended drink Royal 9. I totally regret it. Go buy Boost Juice at b1, the quality is consistent and worth it. And u may get some discount if u use shopee voucher.

Grey hair guy is patience as he explains to every questions I asked. He recommended Royal 9 Milk Tea. It was good. Thanks alley ! He served with warm smile !

Time7.35pm If the owner of the place wonder why you got a bad rating, send in a mystery shopper.. Bad attitude at the counter. Ask about the grape...reluctant to answer, all the time eyes looking straight out. The drink can be super but the staff "赶客"vibe just a put off.

The service attitude is very careful, customers order zero sugar. They will repeat the determination and will also indicate that zero sugar is completely unsweetened. The second is that they are short-staffed, but they can make tea quickly, and they will say sorry for the long wait when they hand it over to the customer.

Helpful and patient staff. I ordered 1 drink and added one more when the first drink was ready for collection. And the staff attended to me patiently. Convenient location. Usually there's no queue.

Should have just stuck with Koi. Service of the staff was terrible especially the girl with the golden messy hair. I stood at the counter for a few minutes while the staffs were making other customer’s drink. So when she golden hair girl came back to the counter to take my order, there was silence. So I said “hi, may I get the classic honey black tea please” Her: “toppings?” Me: “no toppings just the drink will do thank you” Her: “$3.40” Me: *paid via grab pay and showed her my screen* Her: *pass me receipt with 1 hand* So all this happened without any greetings or any smile, I felt bad to be there. I felt bad to buy a cup of drink. It seemed like she was very unhappy to work there. And while waiting for my drink, I stood a corner to pay attention to other customers to see if it was just me, but it the same lousy treatment with others haha Taste wise also 1/5 Black tea might have been placed there for very long, tea was very siap siap and didn’t taste fresh. The design of the plastic bag is not suitable for the cup. As you can see with the straw in comparison, there’s no way to drink comfortably. First and last time drinking from The Alley. Highly do not recommend.
