T	TATAEDO boss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought 2 chizu milk tea today, this feedback is not about the milk tea It just caught my attention this auntie at the counter keep watching video on her phone in social media with sounds on, the worst is she's letting alone the young girl take the order and make the milk tea by herself there is 3 customer outside without any movements to this auntie, so sorry for this feedback but i can't accept what this auntie attitude while working, Im not against with her but i hope the management here take action on this. It was very unpleasant while waiting my order and other customers waiting to the young girl to finish my order so she can take the order for the others while facing this auntie in front of the counter using her phone without doing anything.
E	Edward on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited really long for my order. Walked into the store to order and made payment around 4.40pm. Waited for 20mins. In that 20mins, 10 more other customers walked in and ordered as well. However, there is no sign of the Q moving. When i walked in to order, Q number was 186. My number is 188. 20min later, the Q number DID NOT MOVE AT ALL!!! The shop is so backed up and caught up on their online orders that they continued churning out orders for online deliveries while neglecting the walk-ins. In addition, the employees did not have the decency to inform customers that the wait is going to be long. Despite me asking on how long the orders are going to be, the employees just kept pushing back saying "We're preparing". They may have decent drink, but their service and attitude is HORRIBLE. Will definitely avoid in the future.
L	Lin Yan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for the milk tea and I love the pearls! But 0 stars for the customer service at this outlet. I’ve been buying bober for more than a year at this outlet, but I always hesitate to buy because I don’t want to deal with the short haired lady at this outlet. She is extremely rude and unpleasant and it feels like im begging her to make my drink instead of being a paying customer. I always order only when she’s not at the cashier just to avoid her, but she still looks unpleasant and angry when calling out people to collect the orders. The other staff (younger ones) are more pleasant and friendly, appreciate their service. I see that this same lady has been reviewed on Google many times for a poor attitude, and owners reply that they value our feed back but nothing is done about her attitude?
s	stan ford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the new drink recommanded by the staff at bishan outlet... it was so damn good not only was the drink great but the customer service was awesome as well as i was visiting bober tea for the 1st time ... i was clueless and just wanted a drink. Unlike other shops that sell bubble tea that just shoves the most expensive drink , the staff at bishan outlet where friendly and informative on their drinks . I was very surprised i would come to this store again 100% and would vist other outlets too keep it up bober tea!!?

When collecting, before I even said my number the auntie staff looked at me with such disdain as if I, as a paying customer should not even step foot into your store. Not sure if she was the same staff because just two days prior I ordered at the counter and the staff was equally curt and rude. If your cashier don't want any business then don't open shop.
A	Annie Low on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ drink is great. but service is absolutely terrible. been here on alot of weekday nights for their coconut shakes. maybe they are closing soon? but staff are always extremely rude. had to wait for quite a while when there was no queue even when taking my order (cashier was counting money) to waiting for my drink. when i got my drink, the drink had overflowed and spilled around the plastic. aunty rudely stated there was tissue at the counter for me to clean myself (which i did) and then turned away. one of the staff was not wearing mask when preparing drinks :( so sad.

I request no ice, pay extra $1, sugar level 75%, in the end bring back to home that’s no any sweet and with ice… I don’t understand what’s the problem for all this bad attitude!! I spent the effort to go down just to be told nothing can be done. Why would I spent time and money to go there again? You guys better sync up what need to be done on your end.
