SkinLab The Medical Spa

Started with a trial package in 2015 and I am very happy to be under the care of my therapist Kelly. Kelly was posted from Jurong Point to Westgate and I followed her there. She is adept at customising a treatment according to my skin condition at every visit and my rather severe acne improved. I’ve since been with Kelly for close to 7 years now and I’m always very satisfied with her service. She understands my skin conditions well and will always provide the most appropriate treatment whenever I visit.

Great and wonderful facial experience with SkinLab The Medical Spa(Westgate) ! Totally enjoyed every facial session there. Just signed up my 2nd round of package with them! I highly recommend Ashley. She is very professional, very friendly and nice. Her skills are really excellent. Thumb up! ??????

Elise from the Westgate branch has been very helpful and dedicated to bringing me good service. She is detailed and always shares tips and tricks to make sure my skin is treated the care it deserves. Been going to her for 3 years and she is someone I can rely on for keeping my skin moist and clean

I’ve not been a customer and I don’t intend to be after a bad experience with one of your sales rep. I was going down the escalator and she approached me in civilian clothing so I entertained her cos I thought she wanted to ask for directions or something. I guess I started to look doubtful of her intentions when she said “Don’t worry I’m not selling you anything” after she started asking me what facial I’ve gone to and how often. I told her I’m not interested and my parents were waiting for me. She went on and on about the company and then suddenly pulled out a voucher she was trying to sell (so much for saying she’s not selling anything). I told her no and that I really needed to go cos my parents were waiting to me but she was all “What’s holding you back?” and “You’re the first one to reject me”. What’s holding me back? Lying about your intentions and frankly just waiting and disrespecting my time when I said I have to meet my parents. Furthermore she lied again saying no one has reviewed them for hard selling when I clearly see some did. If you can’t respect a person’s time, don’t expect a person to wanna do business with you.

Booking an appointment is very hard with them. Called up the jurong east branch and the person on the call said there is a slot at 7.30 pm at jurong point. Then told me that her colleague will help me to book the appointment. I have to explain to her colleague again the situation. Then the lady told me she can't book the appointment and I need to ownself call the branch number, no further help is given. The lady made up some excuses like I can't help you to book appointment for another branch etc. I had to call back again as I called the invalid number. After 15 mins or so of calling back and forth, the jurong point branch picked up to mention that the 7.30 pm slot was taken. After extra 15 minutes of explaining and her needing to call the jurong east branch to confirm etc, the appointment was finally booked. Would appreciate it if there is more sincerity and help given to book appointments from another branch since the JE branch lady was able to find that that jurong point had a slot at that timing but was lazy to just help me book an appointment. Needless to say I spend 30 - 40 minutes trying to book an appointment.

I have been a customer of skinlab for 2 years and I feel that the quality of the facial and service have been declining. Extractions were done NOT as well as the past and the effect of facial was getting shorter and shorter! I also really hate how DESPERATE this outlet is, to sell me package and stuff EVERY SINGLE TIME I came down for facial. Especially after, I have just signed a package, they would approach me on my next appoinment AGAIN to try to sell me stuff. I really like Skinlab but the recent few appointments of constant hardselling especially after I just signed a 1 year + worth of package is just so off putting and turned off. It made me no longer want to continue this again ?. Skinlab westgate , u need to know, the more you push, the more customers want to run away! I rather spend money at other facial place that allow me to have a break from all these hardselling.

I come across Google search and found skinlab at westgate branch. My consultant is Wini. She had been providing excellent service on facial and based on our face condition, she introduced their products and services. Initially my skin turn very bad from the previous place but after Wini's service, my skin turn better. Good job! The only bad thing at westgate branch is their appointment management.its either double booking or Don understand the WhatsApp message when I requested to change appointment

I bought fave coupon to try out their service and their service is excellent. They do not hard sell you to top extra $ for better products to use like some other beauty salons during the facial treatment. They are very professional and honor their service. Look for Elise if you are going to try out their service. She is very good with the facial massage.
