She is very experienced and knowledgeable. She would ask regarding the progress of my skin during every session and check whether she can make or suggest any further improvements on my skin. She has been very gentle with her extractions which is very rare to find. Thank you Eva for all the sessions and doing your best in every session. Please do continue to put a smile on everyone faces. Used to dread facial (due to the torturing extraction process) until I tried Caring Skin where the extraction is more controlled and bearable. I experienced less intense extractions as well since my skin condition improved after just a few sessions. The welcome massage and ending massage are always a relaxing treat too! What I also like is that Caring Skin will follow up with you the day after your facial treatment to check on your skin condition and experience - nice touch.

Overall, i am happy with the treatment and even my acne is quite subsided, I’m still going back for maintenance. Always looking forward to be pampered every time. The staff are always courteous and welcoming to the extent sometimes they treat you like sister/ friend. Majority of their staff give a good welcome massage. And even their extraction session was painless ( which I’m really appreciate it because I’m scared of pain). Thanks Caring skin!

My facial skin used to be dry, oily, and my pores were also super blocked - all of these led to me having breakouts quite frequently. But now I'm seeing massive improvements and I'm super happy of the results thus far. I've been attended by a few different staff members and all of them have been great. Emmy attended to me the most and she always put a smile to my face :) She's highly attentive, patient, and knowledgeable! I've truly enjoyed my sessions with her and I'm looking forward for more. Highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a better and greater skin health!

I like that they seem to pay good attention to hygiene and get customers to wear socks (and then provide bedroom slipper) and wash hands upon arrival which is something I’ve not experienced elsewhere. The therapist was also really good and gentle - she was friendly, chatty warm but also knew when I wanted to just enjoy the facial and not talk. Best of all, they didn’t try to hard sell any packages. I’ve already booked my next appointment!

During consultation they'll do a detailed skin analysis with a machine and I found that to be really helpful. The whole facial was super comfortable and I especially love that they include a shoulder massage as well. My skin felt less congested and I felt it was brighter as well. I also like that they don't hard-sell. I'm already looking forward to my next session! Kudos to Moon & Eliza for the great service as well :) I'd highly recommend for anyone looking for a facial to try out Caring Skin!

She has been the most helpful, caring, reassuring and very gentle with my skin. Her extractions are really painless. Coming from a low tolerance pain level. She also give me advices on skincare tips. I hope that my skin would be better and have a glowing skin. :)
