They are trying to hide their SIngapore address? Hard to find and keep saying does not exist? So many users and yet not a single review? I use Carousell to buy and sell small things and find the interface hard to use - if you search for a keyword, once you click a result, when you return to the search listings, it reverts to the top of the page. Payment through system only through PayLah or direct credit card. As seller, very minimal shop feature and product management. Messages sometimes cannot be loaded at all, and it will show that there are new messages but you have to log out and in to view them repeatedly. Hard to search individual shop owner for products. Search for keyword brings infinite scroll and not comprehensive results. Infinite scroll keeps looping back to the same listing you have scrolled past 10 times. Not helpful to keep the user finding more products, and very unhelpful to the buyer. In fact, as a platform, Carousell's user features are where ebay was about 8 years ago. A lot of fraud as well, and no proper priority on business sellers, buyers and smaller time user. A lot of room for improvement.

No system accountability for sellers, payment is most often accepted through paylah and if the seller does not accept the offer in the system, the buyer has no way of leaving feedback even after paying. No real buyer protection, and a lot of rubbish being sold by sellers. As a web and commercial platform, this thing is unbelievably lackingin sophistication for a 7 or 8 year old Internet app. Bad scrolling features and the AI search is super behind times. This may be a larger platform in Singapore and maybe some Asian countries, but it is poor and of course has little to no support for users given that it is an almost free application for most users. This will translate to never-profit and repeated rounds of write-offs, but who cares right, since the founders already got their payoff. Too bad nobody cares to improve the consumer experience or strengthen the app so it survives the future . Whoever funded this lemon, through its multiple rounds, must be regretting big time.

Carousell has evolved a lot over the years, They have made the selling second hand items really a smooth process!

i just celebrated my 8th year anniversary as a carouseller! overall, i find it a really great platform to buy and sell preloved items w the large range of items that i can find on the app :)

Carousell makes selling my pre loved items as easy as a snap of photo! Without Carousell I would have ended up binning many things, which is completely wasteful, and as they say one person's trash is another's treasure! Thank you for giving a new life to my pre loved items!

Great platform to buy and sell stuff! I've been using Carousell for more than 8 years now and it's such an quintessential app to have.. especially for hunting great deals, bargains, or simply for decluttering unwanted items.
