I was absolutely amazed by the cleaning standards, customer service. We booked them for air con maintenance service. The job was done with care and their boss was in touch with me to ask if I am happy with everything before their helpers left. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you very much!

The Building and Occupancy: GSK Asia House is a stunning and beautiful 6-storey commercial building. Tenant Carousell occupies one of the levels. The rest belongs to GSK. In addition to the main building, GSK also occupies three adjacent old 2-storey bungalows. Word has it that the bungalow that is located the furthest from the main building is haunted. Rumors of ghost sightings abound. I did not see any, but I felt somewhat uneasy while I was inside that bungalow. And that was before a housekeeping contractor told me about this bungalow. One piece of advice that I had been given was to avoid entering that bungalow after 6.30 PM. Well, if you did not get a chance to see them, perhaps you might get to see wildlife right outside, such as cobras and monitor lizards. The People Working Here: Esthetically pleasing environment, indeed. But looks can be deceiving. During this Covid-19 pandemic, this building is virtually devoid of people. (See photo of building atrium.) Those that are around are a mixed bunch of GSK staff, Carousell staff, contractors/vendors, and private security officers. Quite a handful of them are cold, arrogant and condescending. Verdict: As the old adage goes: "Do not judge a book by its cover." In this case, it is true. It is certainly pretty on the outside. However, it is ugly on the inside. All it takes is one, just one black sheep to spoil it all. This place has plenty. If you enjoy being abused by nasty people and/or haunted by otherworldly beings, then this joint might rock your world. Oh well, whatever floats your boat!

Biophilic building. Visited in July 2022 when space was open for a special site visit of One North. Love the futuristic building architecture. Green building with nice work spaces. Can see Zaha Hadid influence.
