★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically just need to pack your bag and move into the beautiful Casa Mia unit. Room are well decorated and come with everything you need in the room. Common area are fully finished and kitchen are well equipped too.
Monthly rent are inclusive with utilities. They also have monthly and adhoc activities organize for the Coliving community members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa Mia Casa Tua is a wonderful company that really makes apartments feel like home. Every little detail of furniture is well thought out and it is apparent that a lot of thought has been into making it modern but also very cozy.
The customer service is fantastic and I would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay to contact Casa Mia Casa Tua. I never thought that moving homes would be so easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed with Casa Mia for a year, and was sorry to leave! Rent is inclusive of utilities and a weekly cleaning for the apartment, meaning there was no hassle at all moving in, and the staff were responsive in responding to maintenance requests. The rooms were also located in prime areas of town, and I will miss living along the river.
The best part of Casa Mia is the community, which the company actively fosters. It's difficult to schedule social events in the current climate, but when we could, residents from across the different homes met for italian food, cooking lessons, and brewery tours. I've met friends across different sectors at these meetups, and my life is better for it. :)
I very much recommend this company to anyone looking to find convenient housing or build new networks. 5/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb experience living in one of Casa Mia's appartement!
The rooms are nicely furnished, the weekly cleaning is included and the staff is super friendly and quick to respond to any question or when any maintenance is needed.
The agency also makes sure to send some games/sweets/drinks for christmas day, haloween, etc... that you can share with your roomates, and some great events are also regularly organised to help you meet other tenants and create a sense of community among everyone, which is really nice when you come from abroad :)
All in all: I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking at moving into Singapore!
