★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a couple of guys who work here, they can be gruff but they give very good haircuts.
But stay away from the woman, her name is Serene Koh, she is rude, dishonest and incompetent. Not only does she provide terrible haircuts, she is also blatantly disrespectful. She will lie to your face and then obviously pretend not to hear you when you speak to her, even though you are a paying customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went over at 8.35pm to check if the shop is still open while I check on the Google the shop closed @ 9.30pm. They are rejecting the customers when it's at 8.30 pm only? If your operation time is 8.30pm, please set it properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy (name was Ken Low or something) was very haphazard and rough. Haircut was mediocre and was also blabbering to co-worker the whole 10 minutes. Would not come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have my hair cut by Ken every time I visited the Great World City outlet and that’s probably every 6 weeks. I like that he is skillful and meticulous. The place is always clean and I tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupid company policy of having to wait two pax if queue is missed. And hired a bunch of staff who have difficulty implementing this policy.
The fat and tall guy has super bad attitude. Rough with kids and makes tsk tsk sound when kids do not keep still or stops to roll his eyes.
Don’t ever go to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very disappointing… lady who cut my hair… had feeling she was trying break the world record for cutting hair under 5mins… I had to pull her up 3 times to tidy up where she had cut especially sides… i have very short hair and all i wanted was short back and sides and yet she did a lousy job (so it was a simple task)… I much prefer QB house at Somerset. I certainly will not go back to Great World or and Kcuts outlets!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should get their staff to give small change to customers. It is not difficult to do so rather than turning away customers without exact change. Also it may be time to upgrade to accept digital payments. Hope the management takes heed.
