One importing to note, the place to return the tray/plates are not in a "COMMON LOCATION" . EACH STALL HAS THEIR OWN RETURN TRAY LOCATION"

โ โ โ โ โ As compared to its predecessor Liang Court it's smaller. Gone was the good day of event hall where seasonal stall used to hawk ther wares. Ultimately if you need authentic Japanese goods under one roof , this is still a place to go. I believe it may have more Japanese product than a higher end super market along Scott's road . Overall there are good meat and fish selection plus certain goodies like pate and hams. It is small compact and filled with goodies for those that crave a Japanese fare.

โ โ โ โ โ Heard many good things about the supermarket as well as the food outlets, decided to give it a try one day!
Supermarket was good, there was a large variety of products from the Land of the Rising Sun. Price wise, a lot of people were raving about it being lower than their closest rivals. However, like all supermarkets, some prices were higher, some were lower. Pretty standard!
Food wise, I expected slightly more but it was still pretty okay. Pretty alright experience! :)

There is a wide variety of products, especially meat and vegetables imported from Japan, as well as tofu and Japanese alcohol that can't be bought outside!

โ โ โ โ โ Never expected a mall to have 2 supermarkets, and never knew that Meidiya was here at Great World. It's hidden at B2, below CS Fresh, and accessible by the only travelator in the entire mall.
Once you find it though, it's a hidden gem of a supermarket. The produce is fresh, they have a lot of fresh food sections, and everything is Japanese or Japanese inspired. They have sushi, to sake, and many other Japanese branded products. Prices are definitely on the slightly higher side though, but it's what's expected.
