โ โ โ โ โ They didnt tell us that the branch at simpang bedok has moved to dijutsu mall and when we reached the branch, their mic got no battery for 3 times. Halfway thru when we were singing we got another room's mic system interfered with ours. They also took a long time to replace the batteries for us.
And our timing was from 10-12am but they cut off our song at 11.56pm???!!! Really wasted a lot of our time!

โ โ โ โ โ Taking advantage of customers. Not getting what you paid for. Given access to the room 5 minutes late but was asked to leave 10 minutes earlier. Shortchanged 15 minutes of k-time. Disappointing service.

โ โ โ โ โ Rooms were cute and nice, they also have lots of alcoholic choices that made us hard to decide what to enjoy ? , Staffs was very fun and cute , remember to make a reservation before coming as it is popular ? around the neighbourhood

โ โ โ โ โ Only one staff working on a weekday. Waited for 10 minutes to talk to the staff as she was talking on the phone like as if she was chatting with her friend. Mic was super soft too. Would recommend visiting other branch instead.

โ โ โ โ โ Our booking was from 9pm-11pm. We arrived at 9.20pm and upon arrival we were told that our time slot is until 11pm which we have no problems with. At 10.15pm, the staff opened our door and remind us AGAIN that our slot ends at 11pm. Shortly after, at 10.20pm, the staff opened our door AGAIN and asked for bill. One of us have to step out to make the payment. Then at 10.55pm, the staff is already at our door waiting to chase us out at 11pm which really made us felt very uncomfortable. And at 10.59pm, our last song was on and usually they will allow for our last song to end before we make our exit. However the staff stopped our song, on the lights and stand by the door to wait for us to clear our rubbish. Throughout the entire ktv experience, we were reminded constantly that our booking timing ends at 11pm. So please be prepared to get chased or in better words "reminded" of your booking timing when you're there.
