My cat passed away today because of this clinic. It’s kind regrettable on my part too just because i want to save money. In the morning, my cat was okay and healthy. At 2pm i received a call, and the doctor informed me that one of cats has passed on. I asked her how come, she mentioned that she not sure and i found out that she didn’t run test on the cat first before neutered my cat. The receptionist said because the clinic does not have any medical of my cat. Please guys think twice before sending to cheap clinics, they are always red flags. For my part, i will avoid this clinic for life. I will not return to this clinic.

Great experience at Clinic for Pets. I called at 945am, Lynn the office administrator scheduled me for appointment at 1130am. Arrived at 1120am, Lynn did the necessary questions and paperwork, Dr Andrew met me in 10 mins. He was very professional, after diagnosed, gave my cat a jab. Similar to those that gave positive reviews, I had a fantastic experience and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend for first timers.

My cat pass away on Friday.. I send her for sterelize and they call me and say she pass away.. My cat was a active persian ginger cat. If i know this clinic don't check before sterelize.. I wouldn't bring her here. My cat.... ???. Please don't bring here ?? if you really love your cat. My cat was very active and and healthy.

brought my kitty here to get spayed last week - her incision has been recovering really well. i was told to drop her off in the morning and pick her up in the evening after 5:30pm. there wasn't much aftercare instructions or medication given (im not sure about other clinics), but i guess i couldn't expect much since the surgery only cost me $80. im just happy that my cat is healing well. minus one star because it's almost impossible to get through to them via calls - the pick up rate is probably 1 out of 6 times. it was really annoying especially since i had some questions i had to ask post-surgery. tldr: this is a bare minimum clinic, you can expect them to get the job done, but don't expect anything beyond that (customer service/follow-ups). overall still a good experience for me! i will definitely be back, i just hope that they will improve on picking up phone calls ? for everyone who is hesitating on making a trip here due to the bad reviews, i urge you to at least give this place a shot before judging :) both of my visits have been pleasant so far.

Sent both my cats for vaccination and sterilization.. the receptionist is great .. Be there to see rather than read reviews . Affordable prices for the sterilization and vaccine

Simple clinic emanating an old school charm. The bespectacled lady at the reception was nice and helpful. Dr Andrew was very friendly as well and my cat felt so at ease when we were there. Prices are very affordable, if not one of the most affordable in town.

If you want a cheap and ridiculous service, also a run-down place, visit this vet. Prices are way cheaper than other vets but it comes with a price. Sent my cat for sterilization and even with proper handling and careful after care treatment(cat neck collar to avoid cat licking it's stitch), my cat's stitches came off and pus starts coming out. It got me thinking and questioning whether the stitches was done right in the first place. In addition, they did a terrible job shaving my cat's stomach area before sterilization to a point where my cat's nipple was shaved and it bled. Pus keeps flowing out of the stitch and I have no choice but to send my cat to them again. The ridiculous thing is that I was blamed for not handling my cat well. I explained that my cats wore the neck collar 24/7 and no jumping and stretching excessively. Unfortunately they still feel that it's my fault that the stitches came off and they mentioned I should've brought the cat back the day I felt that the stitches weren't done right. How would I know and expect such a mess as it's my first time sending my cats over for such a surgery. I was charged another few hundreds just to have them restitch my poor cat. Never will I be going to this wretched place again.

Personally went I saw reviews at this goggle . I told myself give a shot to visited this clinic today at 1 December 21 . 10Am I send my cat for sterilisation . The front desk lady and Dr Andrew Wang was very friendly and make my cats very comfortable. I highly recommend everyone to visit this clinic they are really nice don’t judge by see people comment . See for yourself is it true or not . For me they are excellent keep up the good service ? ? ?
