Currently using the boarding services at the place. The team has been friendly and welcoming. They also gave the effort to provide updates on our pet which really makes our day. Kudos to the team!

I took up a course on cat grooming here and the instructor Mike was very patient and informative. And when i cant handle any cat, i would bring the cat in so that the professional groomers can help with the grooming. I also bring in my little precious bull terrier to let them cut his super hard and tough to cut nails. Regardless of the extensiveness of the job to be done.. may it be a ten dollars job or a full grooming session, Pet Eden groomers will take it on with short notice given. I strongly recommend them if you need to groom your pets.

I’ve found a groomer that knows how to groom Cavaliers! Wheeee! I had wanted Max’s fur to be short but yet still retain some of his feathering, skirting. It was done to how I had wanted it! And a bonus, ears cleaned out nicely (Cavs’ and their ears. Meh.) I would definitely go back!

I have been sending my dog Leo to Pets Eden since he was a puppy. I am always looking forward to seeing him when he comes back from grooming. he usually looks great and smells amazing. I love how he struts around the house after grooming to show off to everybody how handsome he is!❤️? I also like that they provide transport to pick Leo up and send him home. it makes it super convenient for owners like me who do not have a car. Thank you Pets Eden!

One of the best pet grooming places! My pooch managed to get his dental checkup (never done for almost 9 years ;-) and cleaned till bad breath be gone with no fuss. Plus it's easy for me as they can arrange pickup transport and convenient online payment. Experience is seamless and very professional. Will try out hair grooming next round to see if this place deserves a 5-star. UPDATE 2022: Unfortunately in the quest for digitalization, they started to ask customers to book appointments thru the website. However, their system isn’t ready for prime time as it doesn’t track their drivers’ availability and schedule for pickup. Worst of all, when provided feedbacks, they’d argue with you as if the drivers are running the company. When you’re paying $30 bucks just for transport, it’s already bad enough that drivers just too lazy for door delivery. Instead, driver called you to come downstairs and wait. If you missed by 5 minutes, you’re out of luck and the driver would disappear like a magician, citing pickup elsewhere and wouldn’t bother to come back. This shows the Business focuses on wrong priorities. Well, they have good groomers but it’s just a shame they don’t respect the customers.

Very nice place for cats to have a spa. But pricing is quite on the high side. Very good service/grooming, clear glass window to watch your pets. Pros and cons. Place is aircon so pets who stay there are mostly happy,furthermore they have alot of human attention.

Left my cat Xiaohua at Pets Eden and they provided daily updates on her. She seemed happy to be there after the initial days and I also opted for a basic grooming package. Pets Eden did a great job even though my cat was a pain to groom. Will put up my cat at Pets Eden the next time I need someone to take care of her!

Love the great service... we visit Eden every week and they make my fur kid so comfortable during every grooming session. The staff are extremely accommodating to our schedule and knows exactly what is expected and delivers them. Casper's skin and fur has greatly improved ❤️
