Never again! Ordered through Lazada and they will tell you shipped out and then send you a private message, that they will be trying their best to get the delivery back on track by Saturday. Refused to reply to my questions about my purchases being out of stock. Told them that I wanted to cancel, also no reply! Then said that I would refuse the order. Also no reply. Their own delivery person snuck in and quietly placed my order in front of my door door without knocking or ringing my door bell. Then he ran off, watched the guy from my window. When he got to his delivery van, he stopped running and made sure to drive away quickly! There are better pet stores, with better services and prices out there! Back to Polypet, where I know, that I don't have to hassle around with dishonest customer services.

The cashier lady at Catsmart Bukit Batok has really good customer service and as I observed, she helped customers who has big bags of cat food or litter to the cashier table. She also helped me and my hubs with the cat food and treats which were not very much and we could put it on the table ourselves but her service was very thoughtful. Thank you for the kind customer service you gave us! Such a pleasant experience first time buying there!

Catsmart is a good one stop shop for my cats products especially the wet & food selection is wide. All is good except for the Delivery service is bad. During the online purchase i understood that there will be a notification sms to alert that the delivery is out but there was nothing. I did aleet them prior to my online purchase is to leave my purchase items at my doorstep should no one is at home. To my surprise i came home, all the items were all over the corridor and not neatly placed. Seems like an unhappy or couldn't be bothered kind of delivery. That should not be the way. It can be done better.
