The garlic shrimp pasta is to die for! Must try! Have yet to try the others, but will definitely be back to give it a go!

Personally think these people have no business opening a cafe. Food is a disappointment, such a rip off. Utterly overpriced, low quality menu. Lousy, will not recommend. A generous portion doesn't matter when it's garbage on a plate. The recommended dishes on the menu are a total FAIL. My recommendation is to toss them in the trash. Better still, go elsewhere. The audacity charging $12 for six lifeless, pathetic, undercooked, dry, flavourless, fishball-sized meatballs with a lame sauce that probably came out of a bottle. Have you even heard of seasoning? Cos your meatballs either need rescuing or be put out of of their misery ASAP. So called $14 fusion garlic shrimp pasta prepared with frozen shrimp was soggy, overcooked, flavour was weak with a weird artificial sweetness. Not sure what the so called fusion is supposed to be exactly, the cook must be confused. You can easily get better food elsewhere. For example; - Any frozen Japanese microwave pasta from reputable supermarket, price under $10. - Ambush Pasta Restaurant, affordable, fresh, tasty pasta dishes for the masses, easily 10x better than this dump, price $12-$17. - Caffe Fernet, if you're feeling fancy and want to splurge, $25 onwards. Some of the positive reviews here seem suspicious, then again everyone's entitled to an opinion. If you're looking for a place that can reheat frozen, processed foods such as frozen cheese stuffed scallops, french fries and deep fry spam then this place is for you. Otherwise don't hold your breath hoping they'll serve you good food, chances are you can easily do that. Even cup noodles win hands down. Cece Cafe is an embarrassment to all the other cafe establishments that make a genuine effort to serve proper food. Waste of time, effort and money.

The garlic prawn pasta is to die for! Portion was huge, left feeling damn full and I am a big eater (can judge from my size). Chicken chop was juicy and nicely cooked and omg those potato cubes - all the flavours dancing in your mouth! And that guacamole was really good too!! Really really affordable considering the huge portion and fat prawns. Will definitely bring more friends back! Thank you!!! (:

Had our lunch at Cece Cafe and the food was great! You seldom get to eat nicely done Sutchi fillets, paired with the salad that was also so yummy! Very often, when purple cabbage is used, the salad will likely turn bitter. But it isn’t bitter here. The potato cubes gave me such homely feel! The Caesar salad was nice too and comes with chicken chop (not in pic).

went before the usual dinner hour and had the whole restaurant to ourselves! The Prawn Pasta is al dente on point with a hint of sweetness from the flame-torched prawn. Truffle Angus Burger is the best - juicy tender patty within the soft and fragrant bun, with garlic flavoured tapioca chips and muatard dip. Will definitely come back :)

Dined there with mom and ordered take away for hubby. Pasta was hot, fresh, tasty as always. Tried both the chicken ans beef burger and enjoyed both thoroughly. Service is always excellent there.
