The furniture from Urban Mood are gorgeous and in great condition! The staff are also friendly, and very eager to help us with our enquiries. We would love to purchase other furniture from them in the future!

Although there’s no showroom, but the assistance provided by the customer service personnel are quite good. though they took some time to respond but when they do , they answered all queries patiently. Special thanks to Johara who was very courteous and assisted well to delay the delivery when my house was not ready yet. Item came in good condition, I love my vanity table. Note: this table is only good for makeup, not so much on storing your skincare products in the drawer as the drawers are quite shallow only.

Very happy with the great service as well as the furniture quality and minimalistic yet atypical designs from Urban Mood. The items that arrived are all exactly as pictured on the photos on their website, and of excellent workmanship - for example the drawers on the bedside table are smooth to glide out, the wood grain patterns are beautiful, there are no chipped corners or chipped paint, no wobbly surfaces or parts; essentially everything is sleek, sturdy and made with care. They certainly don't look cheap! The vanity mirror is also quite heavy and works well with dimmable light, and was packed securely without any cracks. Their customer service and sales staff are also responsive, friendly and accountable. They were apologetic when something went wrong with my order and readily refunded me. Delivery guys are also professional and courteous. The only downside is the long delivery time due to some overseas shipping issues. But definitely worth it if you're not in a hurry for certain items. Would consider buying from them again should we need more furniture or decor items in the future.

This is my first purchase with Urban Mood and it was a pleasant experience. Though the delivery took 8 weeks to reach me, they have already told me in advance so this was not an issue. My conversation with Jane on WhatsApp was a pleasant experience as she was very clear with the info and very courteous. This good service is rare these days and should be applauded. The desk was value for money, the shelves can be positioned in your desired position. The deliver personnel was friendly and professional. I will recommend this product to all of you. It was delivered in good condition but there was a smell like kerosene when the guys were fixing up the shoe cabinet. Goods did arrived as per delivery scheduled even after about 8 weeks of waiting time (noted on this upon purchase), no complaints. Still worth the wait and satisfied with my first purchase, I let my furniture open up and air for about 2 days and the kerosene smell is gone.

The customer service experience is great. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and in close contact once the item arrived in SIN and ready for shipping to me. The lamp is also beautiful and well made. The one and only drawback is the 2 months waiting time which was, to be fair, made clear to me right from the start. But for the price and quality, I would say the lamp is worth the wait :)

The wait due to pandemic was so worthwhile. So in love with the mirror. The staff who kept me in the loop of the order progress and delivery personal was so friendly and helpful , they went out of their way to help me to mount my mirror. I have no words to explain how grateful and happy I am ;) wait no longer if you want to chose your furniture from them ! Highly recommended ! Best of the best personal experience!
