Joseph is amazing. He was extremely helpful, detailed and most importantly, he took his time to understand our requirements without being pushy. This is the ultimate customer service experience. He answered all our queries regarding usability of a recliner and also our concerns about fabric/leather sofa. We had to change our delivery time due to changes in renovation timing, and he did he best to accommodate our request. Overall, if you want a customized sofa and the best customer experience you can get, look for Joseph.

We ordered a 2.5 seater leather sofa from HomesToLife (Space@Tampines) on 6th March 2022 and the delivery was scheduled on 28th March 2022. On 28th March, my wife was present during the delivery and 2 delivery staffs was dismantling the packaging plastic of the sofa and assembling the sofa set. She was asked to check the condition of the sofa and the working condition of the recliners. The delivery guys then asked her to sign the delivery checklist that the sofa was in good and working condition. 3 days later, when she extended the recliner on the right side sofa, she was shocked to realise there’s a deep cut on the leg rest portion of the sofa. She reported this issue to our Sales representative Eve Chua and requested her to help on this leather issue which was obviously caused by the delivery guys using penknife which accidentally cut the leather during dismantling the packaging plastic and the guys kept quiet about it. The cut was well hidden and we couldn’t see it when it’s in a non reclining position as the leather was dark color. Eve came back 2 weeks later with a solution that the company will absorb the labour $120 and transport $160 but we have to pay the leather material for $400. We find it unacceptable and unreasonable for us as consumers to pay for the damages which is not caused due to our negligence or mishandling the product. The sofa was not cheap and cost about $2500 range. We are inexperienced consumers who do not know what to check for defects on sofas. Eve mentioned that since we signed the delivery acceptance, we have to bear some responsibility. So far Eve has served us well explaining the sofa care and helped us to talk to the management regarding this issue. We’re really disappointed that the after sales customer service and logistics department handling of this leather issue. I’ve attached some pictures of the cut on the leather and to prove that the cut was not clearly visible without closer look to it. We have sent an email to the company customer service since 25th April to request for a satisfactory resolution on this issue and up till now they did not reply or follow up. We’re extremely disappointed and unhappy the way this company handle after sales service. Hence, we hope this review will help other customers who bought furniture from HomesToLife to check and inspect in detail for any defects of their furniture during delivery.

Wonderful experience! Service staff Terry was patient, accommodating and attentive. He understood our needs and recommended us the best sofa set. my husband is tall and Terry took his time to advice us on which sofa model would suit his physique. I took a long time deciding the sofa Color and Terry never once rushed us. He even stayed back pass closing time to answer all our queries. I would highly recommend anyone buying a sofa to look for Terry! Do be prepared to wait at least 3 months for the arrival of your sofa. But I can guarantee you won’t regret it. The delivery men were very patient and nice. They were gentle in handling our sofa and did not make a mess in our home. Keep up the great work homestolife team!

Bought a 3-seater leather sofa from them, but to my disappointment, the base cover cloth falling off just slightly over a year. I texted the salesperson Eve, told her about it but to my disappointment she said it's over the one year warranty, I need to pay for the repair. To my surprise, only now I was told that the base cover materials is made of recycled materials ♻️, which I was not informed when I first bought. Very disappointed with my purchase from them! This doesn't happen to my other brand sofa, even after many years.

Joseph attended to our enquiry to finding the perfect recliner sofa. As with have several preferences, Joseph introduced the Symphony Sofa which impressed us. It's our first recliner and had many questions. He made it very clear and gave tips on selection of leather types and sofa care. Communication between us was fast and detailed.

We just got delivery of our new couch yesterday and we are very happy with it! Back in end Jan, my wife and I visited a few shops in Space@Tampines to look for couches. We didn't plan on heading to HomesToLife but stumbled upon it. We were served by Terry and were very impressed by his knowledge of leather furniture. He was also very willing to share thoughts and considerations with us so that we could make an educated and informed choice even though we did not express serious interest in any particular couch at that time. We saw a particular model and simply added it to our shortlist. I later discovered that both my father-in-law and brother had bought their couches from HomesToLife. This was the confirmation we needed that the couch we chose was the one to get. Terry was very helpful in getting an extension on the storage of my brother's couch as there were delays in the reno works for his new home. He also helped to iron out some delivery issues that we had. I'm thankful for such responsive and helpful customer service! It has made all the difference. It's sales staff like Terry that brings the joy back to shopping in store, rather than just making purchases online. If you're at HomesToLife @ Tampines, be sure to look for Terry!
