Central 24-HR Clinic (Clementi) - 450 Clementi Ave 3

Please do not do not visit this clinic even you are dead sick! Locam doc is rude and had just called for my accident medical report and person handling is not friendly and rude. It has been like nearly 3 months and no medical report send to the lawyer. Person in charge shouted on the phone. This is the worse clinic I had come across. If not because of the accident involved and no clinic at the time of the accident , I won't even wan to visit. Pls don't visit them . No empathy at all!

Horrible service! Opens 9am, doctor came in 9:05am....take his own sweet time to pour drinks for himself, eat his food & let suffering patients wait till he is satisfied after his breakfast. I waited 30mins for him to be ready and I was queue number 1. Do you think we come to the clinic for fun or sight see??

I went in for a flu checkup and the indian lady doctor was VERY RUDE, scolding me the entire time and without checking my temperature at all, so I went home without knowing I had a fever. The consultation lasted about two minutes until she yelled "GO" and asked me to go. Anyone who lacks professionalism should be sacked.

My 6-year-old son went to the clinic because of Covid back in Feb 2022, was told they don't do ART test for kids. Yet, they could do an ART test for my older 10-year-old a couple of days before. I tried explaining that to the receptionist, was refused and told to go polyclinic instead. Been there a few times before (just because it's open 24 hours), the receptionist (not always the same person) is always rude and uncaring.

Have been to this clinic 3 times (no choice, nearest 24-hour clinic around), still as horrible. Consultation only took less than 5 minutes. Indian female doctor was super unhelpful and dismissive in answering queries, mentioned that “everything is on the internet nowadays”, then I might as well use the internet to diagnose myself ? Also, don’t understand why they have the receptionist shouting out patient’s name, the outside environment is so noisy, hard to hear when waiting in-line outside the clinic, maybe have a microphone or a number-system.

Dr. was very kind and gives good recommendations. It’s a small clinic so in terms of space it may be too small especially when there are many patients. Most of the time it can be crowded as it is a high traffic area. Best to go first thing in the morning. Receptionist does her best to cope and deal with patients calmly. Given the circumstances, I’d say it’s a 5 star for my experience.

Super rude, passive aggressive receptionist lady. Is a young Chinese lady. Very very unfriendly and rude. Talk to her nicely but she talk back in a very impatient tone. And keep frowning, as we have no choice, this is one of the nearest 24hrs clinic nearest to our place. My dad is the one seeing doctor and he is under company scheme, the lady threw the file on the table and without telling my dad what to do. The action, tone and service here is real bad... Lucky the doctor who see my dad is polite and cheerful, is a chinese male doctor look like on his 30s. But the receptionist again is very impatient and give unclear instructions. When I check with her again for the swab she is showing her impatient tone of talking again. I told her straight in her face what's wrong with you? Why are you so rude and impolite? She just acted deaf and ignored me. And great let's see how many 45min she gonna make me wait?? Really one of the most rude clinic receptionist I ever seen. WILL NEVER WANT TO COME BACK TO THIS CLINIC AGAIN.

Visited twice. The good: most recent visit, mar 2022 afternoon. Staff and doc were polite and friendly even though the clinic was quite busy. The bad: last year, late night. Doctor seemed not to care (young looking Chinese guy), appeared more interested in checking his phone. He was late for his shift so I waited for 20 mins. Consultation was only less than a minute, did not even bother to check my stomach when I reported severe nausea. Consult was like $70 for what felt like 30 sec? There was only 1 other person waiting. Worst clinic experience ever! That’s why I can still remember it till now! I’m glad they have improved now so can give 4 stars.
