Clementi Polyclinic - 451 Clementi Ave 3

Very long waiting time, appointment at 2:40pm and as of 4:00pm still yet to see the doctor, poorly managed

I've been to this polyclinic a dozen times. Compared to others, this is an older facility built in the 80s; the venue size caters to a smaller crowd. Fast forward 40yrs, the population in the vicinity has grown so much, it's unfair to assess its quality based on the facility's constraints. That said, I want to compliment the service staff for their helpfulness and consistency. I feel sorry for those who experienced otherwise, but IMO during my many visits, the service level has been consistent. Unfortunately, today is the first time I met with a doctor who come across as condescending - a male Dr. Gupta, maybe in his 40s. He was clearly unprepared, did not read my medical files, and I had to correct him about my current medication dosage. He also tried to mansplain me about vitamins, all the while shaking his legs. I understand that doctors are humans too and they are not perfect. However, if others can do quite well, I don't see why Dr. Gupta should lag behind in terms of attitude and service :) I hope he can do better in future so that all his patients do no go thru what I faced, esp after waiting 1.5hours in the queue. Otherwise, he may be better suited for other professions, like, pharmacist maybe.

I booked an appointment for 11am. I have been here since 10:39am until now (12pm), it's been more than 1hr. The room assigned to me kept changing and changing. I only got to leave the polyclinic at 12:50pm.

My booked slot was very prompt. Collecting medication was a breeze. Staff and doctors were very courteous and helpful.

My experience with all facets and departments at Clementi Polyclinic have been excellent. Staff are efficient, courteous and helpful. Keep it up.

Responding to govt request for senior citizens to take 2nd booster shot and no appt is needed. But when I reached Clementi Polyclinicat 4.00pm, i was told no more slots for today and registration closed. I was told to come back tomorrow. I counted 6 persons at Counter 36 are still in the queue. It requires 1 hour to vaccinate 6 pax? Why tell people no booking is required? Vaccination Centres should be opened longer hours like initial stage. Dont be a clock watcher! Bad experience with Clementi Polyclinic!

Even if you book appointment, you need to spend 2 hours of time waiting and consultation

Registration Time for see doctor from 7.30 am - 4.00 pm After 4.00 pm cannot register for see doctor. Now a day we can use the Health hub App to make appointment online and also can register the que number by the app otherwise need to take que number by kios. So we no need to come early morning for the que. Patient who have appointment, only can take que number before 60 minutes. So I no need to come Clementi Polyclinic too early. Payment also can complete by Health Hub or Kios inside the polyclinic. Very convenient and nice.
