★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a consulation and XRay here. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Even when I ask basic question like how to make payment or where to go next etc. ?
Waiting time for consulation not long. With or without appointment. Overall seamless experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please beware, especially for elderly. Today brought my mum for walk-in visit due to mouth ulcer. Registration then will insist you are having sore throat and force you into fever queue.
Seems like doctor in the COVID tentage they built need to have more business, yet when we comply the female doctor like super bo chup since obviously no COVID symptoms because it's ulcer.
Waste of time and potentially mixing non fevered elderly with real virus carriers. Disappointing, but used to be a decent clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes if you have an entire day to spare, please come here. Everything said about the clinic is so true. Very infants and kids friendly, as a result all hijacked and went in ahead of me. It's a matter of perspective. while I agree imfants/kids friendly is good, but being hijacked by infants after infants is not a good experience. It's been more than 2 hours, still not my turn yet and I know I need to wait another hour or more for meds. Good grief - I feel so sickly.
The two stars go to the newly renovated facilities, clean washrooms and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The operating/open time posted in google is misleading. Don’t go on Saturday after 1030-1230 even the time shows open but actually the polyclinic door is closed and not allow anyone to enter even you just come in for a medical report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our polyclinics should really work on their queue management for both appointments and walk-ins patients. Understand that priority will be given to patients with appointments, so what’s the point of concentrating all walk-ins outside all the consultation rooms with an already long list of appointments.

For more than 20 years, there’s little or no improvement to the queue management at our polyclinics.
Time to make full use of your clinic queue/traffic data to get some insights and plan better for the queue perhaps?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very kind and patient staff. Although the clinic was swamped with patients on a Monday, the staff members did their utmost to provide good service and advice. I am impressed with the level of kindness and service here. Thank you for making my visit such a pleasant one!
