Small but seems to have everything needed to buy and replace your computer, networks, printers and photography needs.

It is small. So their range is limited. But so far it has had what I needed in a hurry / urgently.

Visited the store today because my daughter needed a new computer for school. The staff, a young lady, must have seen my lost looks and came along to help. She's definitely an asset to Challenger as she was not only helpful but extremely knowledgeable. She explained to me the different models that I was looking at and how I can save extra money through the different programs. I wished I had gotten down her name. But great experience today in this electronic store. Very impressed and highly recommended!

Went down today.Will give zero stars If I can.Very surprised .Really bad service.3rd world service disguised as 1st world service.What happened to you challenger ? At one point,she tells me "can you see " when I asked her which charger she is referring to.Person who served me had really bad english and had to google the specs for what I needed when I had told her clearly what the specs were.She kept telling me that online says that the equipment Im looking for can use a certain specs when clearly the Original equipment I had shown her uses a very specific voltage.Anybody can recommend anything online.Shows how clueless and useless your stuff are.Amazing.She even snatched my phone to google the equipment she was recommending when I asked her if I could take a pic of the equipment she was recommending on her phone ,she even lied to cover up what she did by givibg some bull reason that she closed it alr.Really 3rd world.If you can give jobs to such people no wonder the country is going to the gutter.Challenger you better close down.

The deals are definitely good. They have some ongoing promotions for wireless speakers and headphones. They have good collection as far as audion equipments are concerned. Value members get good discount.

I am super pleased with the service provided when I was looking for a port to cast an Android phone screen to a monitor (HDMI-female and USB C-male). Harith Jailani was extremely helpful to shortlist a few brands that he thought would work for a OneNote Plus phone. He took the time to explain that even though the port had the right jacks, there is a possibility that it may not work for all Andriod phones (may work for Samsung and not OneNote Plus etc). I had no idea of these complexities and wanted to just buy the port. He did google research (impressed by his thoroughness and high quality advice) on the spot for the compatibility of the port with my phone model and refined the shortlisted choices. He then suggested to open the pack for me to try out with my OneNote Plus phone before purchasing. However, I did not have the phone on hand… He then offered up his own personal phone (which is a OneNote phone but different model from mine) and said we can test it with his phone (going out of his way, bless him) This 2 minute gesture made my day and I wish all customer service staff could be like him (customer service in SG is usually blah). It worked, I thanked him and bought it immediately. When the retail staff is genuine in helping customers find the right product (rather than trying to sell the highest value or unnecessary products), the sincerity flows through. It only takes 10 mins to set a lasting impression. Will definitely be a repeat customer with this branch!

Rather limited in their selection of products but the staff did Great in helping me check the availability of their stock at other outlets and managed to bring over the laptop I needed to be collected 2 days later ?

Got a HDMI to Display converter $39.9 bring it back to do a exchange on the second day, they don’t have the type that I wanted, and being told that I can change to other stuff but could not refund. Took a wireless charger instead $39, but the cashier told me that I must get a thing $39.9 or higher, I told the cashier, I don’t need the 90 cents, and the cashier start to act very inpatient and did not listen to me at all, if the staff told me that converter only works in on way, I would not bought it at first place and now force me to buy stuff which I even don’t need it, and must be more expensive or equal to the price, what kind of policy it that. I rate one star only because there is no 0 star option.
