I like to purchase cakes from Prima Deli for my kids.

Waffles super soggy, stingy with their toppings and waited at least 10 mins for my waffles because the aunties there dont bother making the waffle even though i came first. Dont buy their waffles.

Very very very bad service.... I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday... The shorter aunty there kept saying my handwriting was very small... I wrote my words in the box.... Did she want Me to write out and bigger then the box? She then continued to speak in teochew saying how small my handwriting is... ? And then she canceled what I wrote and wrote it herself soooo big ... The worse thing is that when i requested for my receipt, she said "你要 receipt ah" ("you want receipt ah") in a very rude manner. Then kept rolling her eyes at me. What kind of service is this??? It's someone's happy occasion and you treat people like that? I will not patronize this place again and definitely will not recommend this place to anyone. ????

Ordered a plain waffle this afternoon from this prima outlet. Told the auntie that I wanted the waffle cook but not too toasted. While waiting, I saw the auntie drinking water and taking her TCM med. I thought she will at least wash her hands after doing this. Much to my dismay, she merely used her hands to wipe off her mouth and wanted to proceed in checking the waffle. I was totally in shock. So I told her nicely that, Auntie, I hope you don't mind, but for hygiene reason, could you please wash your hands before you check on the waffles? We all know that the covid virus is still hunting us right. Ok well, she did proceed wash her hands but just with water. No sure if she is unhappy over my comments. She then proceeded to pack a totally off green waffle for me, and said that was already cook. She argued rudely that since I do not want too char yet want cook, that should be the colour outcome. I demanded for another one, which certainly looked much better, at least i know this piece was comfirmed cook. I told her that this is not the first time I get my waffle from this outlet, so i know whats cook and whats not. She seem new, as i have not seen her before. And yes, I have to agree with one of the previous review that the salesaunties here are mostly rude. Maybe one of the selection criteria for staff here is, you have to be rude. Seriously, I will stop patronising store.

A quick google search lists your opening hours till 9.30pm. I reached your Punggol Plaza outlet at 8.55pm and the shutters were already down. Never mind. I thought because it was a neighbourhood mall with lesser traffic that a larger mall like Waterwaypoint would be open till later. Reached the Waterwaypoint outlet at 9.10pm and was told by the staff that they close at 9pm. Simple details like opening hours can be easily updated, so why would you leave up incorrect information?
