โ โ โ โ โ They refuse to let me purchase coupon from FAVE and issited they will give me the same price as FAVE. If you just want to use FAVE to build your branding, then please do your business in a more ethical way.
Was assigned to a male pedicurist which made me feel very uncomfortable. Their pricing are overprice too. Classic gelish pedicure cost $78. Other places are only charging barely $50+.
Disappointed. Will not patronized again.

The hygiene never improved, and each visit, even with a complete package, results in an upsell attempt to add on treatments or services for nail conditions I don't know I have, or to pay for soak off and trimming separately to "save" on my package.

โ โ โ โ โ Signed their pedicure package with foot treatment as I have very dry and flaky feet. Iโve already more than half way thru but I see no improvement AT ALL ,none. And Iโve been going for the treatment every 2weeks, Iโve been doing mani pedi my whole life and this is the lousiest pedicure Iโve encountered I must say, they donโt even seal the nail polish on the tip of you nails so meaning the colour is always not lasting too. Iโve been with nails by the good earth for quite a few years, they can be lousy sometimes but this shimmer & shine is actually lousy all the time.

โ โ โ โ โ Although the vibe here is not your atas-townarea kind of nail parlour, but itโs more of a neighbourhood-convenient place to have ur nails colour done.
I must give credits to the girls (Ying, Cindy and one of the lady), they are very friendly and chatty. They will sell u package because thatโs their job, they will not hard sell you. Overall I give 4 star. If only if the boss would upgrade and renovate this parlour.
Price wise, it is quite reasonable for neighbourhood mall. :)

โ โ โ โ โ Hard sell after services are done. From the moment the nails were done all the way to the counter for payment they are still trying. Already signed one package with them but they keep trying. It is too much and Causing bad experience. Please stop doing this to your customers .

I have alrdy signed packages for gel manicure and pedicure but everytime I go for my services they will keep pester me to sign package for base coat and many other stuff. I feel very stressful going for ny sessions. To make it worst.. My nails are badly done. Not recommended

They were kindly check my thumb again and willing to do redo service for me.
