★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here needs to be retrain. Tried several times but failed me badly. When I requested for thinning due to thick hair, they cut hair at top left with 1inch plus and it stands upright no matter how I tried to flatten it. Never gonna patronize again. It's a nightmare haircut. I should say the nex staff are better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.. the lady who cut my 2 years old daughters hair asked me specifically for the length and stuff and did the exact opposite.. she gave my daughter a boy cut and looks terrible.. I regret taking my kid here for her first haircut.. yes my daughter cried as she was scared something was happening to her but they should be more professional in dealing with kids cut.. just worst!!! Will not ever recommend.
