★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ichiban Boshi is a sushi restrurant, I think, that sells sushi, yep, sushi. There’s other stuff too but it’s kinda obvious what they sell. The food here was quite nice, the Udon is slightly worse then Genki, note, VERY slightly. Sushi was nice, loved the bacon sushi. I didn’t had much else. The enviroment was quite nice and calm,and the tables wasn’t dirty which was nice. Overall a good but boring restrurant.

The chicken is not over-fried and dry, sashimi is fresh. Be magically transported to Hokkaido as you dine at Ichiban Boshi Waterway Point. Expect to queue during peak -time, especially dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was disappointing. Two of the staff clearly saw us q-ing but made no move to come towards us to bring us in. After we were seated, a few staff just walked past us though we did raise our hands for their attention to place our order.
Food came slightly under lukewarm. Chawanmushi usually comes piping hot not these. The udon n soba seemed like they had been left out for some time. Even the hot plate item was not warm as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very enjoyable dining experience here. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Food here was good and fresh. Tried the mentai potato salad since there was a limited 50% off with a minimum spend of $50, super good! Really compliments well with the potato chip.??????
