★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Skytrain at T3 meant to pamper our tiresome travellers' feet arriving from Hong Kong at about 11pm last evening, 07 Sep 2016 (SQ865) with quite a few pioneer citizens turned up promptly on the spot without much waiting.
However, due to defective door sensor system (?), the sliding door suddenly shut closed without any proper warning ! Our younger and able-bodied escorting family members nearly suffered a nasty bruises !
Better care and safety should be in place all the time to upkeep the good name of our world class Airport !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxurious place with clean facilities with the duty free shopping in the departure area making it a wonderful place to shop and wonder around. Plane lovers could possibly go to the observation area at Terminal 4 to view landing and taking off airplanes or just admire the planes there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free of charge and very convenient to explore Changi Airport and transfer between Terminal 1, 2 and 3. Cleverly designed (like many other things in Singapore), this train system caters for both land-side and airside users. The best part is when the train you are on passes through Jewel. An extremely splendid experience.
To get to Terminal 4 (once it operates again), we may use the dedicated free shuttle bus service.
