★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No issues with the doctor/s; but the standard of customer service rendered by the clinic assistants who man the counter has deteriorated. The blonde assistant got the names of patients mixed up, and proceeded to berate everyone to listen carefully when she calls out names while the other assistant slams down the medicine/mc on the counter as she explains the dosage and renders change with nary a thank you or any basic etiquette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is thorough in his checks. The lady at the counter is friendly. Consultation and medication is very affordable if you have the insurance plan for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here due to my medical card and he was decent previously. There was only one guy before and after him, waited for at least another 40 minutes to see him for barely 5 minutes. Dr. Colin Lim barely listened and was mostly repeating on the point whether I have cough or not. I told him my main pain was due to my neck despite painkillers and he seem more interested to know if I have COVID.
In due to the current situation, it is fine to worry bout COVID but this was not the same doctor I saw before, this was a guy who just want to finish the adminstrative work and send me off for a swab test. Will go back to the other nearby clinic next time regardless of my medical card GP or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible clinic, with rude receptionist. Ask you to complain to doctor when you ask why the clinic is not following the appointment timing. Measuring height using old school way…. CMI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most horrible clinic I’ve visited. Doctor is not passionate and very sarcastic. If you’re unwell, go to other places. Clinic is run down and horrible service. Unprofessional.
