★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been visiting Doctor Jeremy Goh from Faith Tampines Clinic for a year plus now. He has been very patient and understanding. Most importantly his medication and advice works for me every single time. He is also very efficient in his consultation. Waiting time is always short and fuss free. Thank you Doctor Goh!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurses at the counter are very patient and nice. They explain things clearly and calmly. The doctor answers questions patiently too and he is very efficient. The queue moves quickly. Everyone here is very hard working. I like that they have a WhatsApp hotline although I have not tried it. They are always available.

The place was super crowded,
Kudos to the clinic lady, who make the whole experience faster, they are quick as lightning,
Dr Jeremy is friendly enough to swab my 4yo son, as he was having flu, my son did not feel unpleasant during the treatment.
After been seen by rhe doctor, our meds are been prepared the soonest possible l, enabling our family in and out within the shortest period.
Dear management kindly please inspire & shout-out to your clinical staff on the good job well done, during this difficult time. Your staff is doing a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and family have recently been going to faith clinic as we recently moved at that area.
The clinic staff and doctors were approchable considering their busy schedule as clinic is full most times.
Especially the counter staff which are mainly made up of 2 ladies..
Very helpful.
Would like to thank one of them as she went out of the way to help us get memo for fit to travel in very short notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is great. We had bad experience with the 2 nurses in the reception. I had tested positive for covid and my husband called them to ask if he can collect medicines on my behalf. Those ladies told yes and he waited in queue and finally they told I went to the clinic lastly on 2020, so he cannot get medicine for me. They should have told before itself right?. I understand their work pressure. But please provide proper information to patients who contact through phone calls. If you are not sure pls don’t give wrong info.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the go-to clinic for my whole family. The front desk staff are professional, warm and friendly. The current resident doctor, Dr. Jeremy Goh, is careful and attentive. He doesn’t have much physical contact when he diagnoses our cases. But he is perceptive and always gives the correct diagnosis. We trust him a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of our family members walked in for a booster jab with Sinopharm (paying). The doctor who administered the jab did a good job as there was minimal pain and no scarring at the injection site. Nurses at the counter were also very well trained and even with the high traffic of patients in the clinic, the whole vaccination process was rolled out pretty systematically. Highly recommended for vaccination!
