★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served by a retail assistant called Cindy. She was so unhepful and rude.
I bought this tiny shoes for my newborn neice, and the box that came in was smashed. So I kindly asked the box to be replaced, and Cindy asked another assistant to bring in another pair. Unfortunately that was the last one.
So I said can you just change the box, and she said there is NO NEW BOX and that they THREW IT ALL AWAY.
It was ridicilous, Charles and Keith having no single box in the store?! Like seriously, I know you would have not only one but more, you just dont want to help.
But fortunately this guy called H came in to replace the box. Thanks to him I can gift my neice a shoes.
This kind of customer service should not be acceptable, being ignored and told lies!
