I believe this outlet is under staff. Waiting time is more acceptable then the one at Chinatown Point but they should clear the trash bin As of 2:47pm on 2 Jan 2022, the bin is so full that the waste going to spill out.

I have eaten at this outlet several times. Initially the milk tea still taste average, however my last order of the milk tea tasted really horrendous. Milk tea was super diluted and almost tasteless like plain water with just a little taste of the tea. Disappointed. This is literally the worst franchise outlet.

My favourite fast food restaurant. Looking at all the negative reviews, I really hope this branch buck up and not close down as I am staying nearby and frequent only this outlet.

Overall, poor customer service and food quality, easily one of the WORST mosburger branch in SG. Inexperienced and rude young staff, presumably a student part timer. Experience: Headed over to cashier counter to make cash payment as I did not have any debit, credit or other online payment at hand. I read a sign that stated something along the lines of "making cash payment at counter". Waited at the counter for a couple of seconds and two staff rushed to tell me to use self ordering kiosk instead, as if i'm not permitted to order from the counter at all. Feeling a little confused, I quickly clarified the situation by asking "cash can?" and was informed that i had to wait, that's reasonable. While making my order, I requested for Iced Milk Tea. Before handing over the cash, I checked the bill on the electronic screen and noticed "Iced Lemon Tea" instead of the supposed order "Iced Milk Tea". I checked in with the staff again to verify that the drink I have ordered is Iced Milk tea. Almost immediately, the staff, a seemingly young girl, claimed "YOU said ice lemon tea". The tone used sounded accusatory and aggressive. I was in shock and explained that I wished for Iced Milk Tea but was possibly muffled or misheard due to my mask. Staff looked troubled and reluctant to accept the situation, almost ignoring me at this point. Soon after her short discussion with another staff, she returned to inform that she'll provide me ICED PEACH TEA and quickly corrected herself to say iced milk tea. I think this only showed how easily confused she was with the different drinks with words: iced and tea. While I initially thought this was a minor issue that can be easily addressed, it seemed to me that the staff's response was rude and aggressive. I expected the ordering process to be seamless but ended up being disappointed with the miscommunication, and poor response. Food quality: - Over fried Ebi patty (Ebi burger) - Fries were extremely salty will not revisit the branch ever in the future.

What a disaster! Entire restaurant run by inexperienced young adults / students. Staff are also overwhelmed with the orders. One of the self-ordering machine is also faulty and failed to dispense receipt, leading to customers having to approach the staff to ask for their order number. After collecting my order, I found that the staff failed to provide many of the items such as the creamer for the Milk Tea, condiments, straws and serviettes. If the staff is overwhelmed, the least they should have done is to place these items at the counter so that the customers can collect them on their own (similar to other outlets). But instead, customers had to crowd around the counters to catch the attention of the staff and ask for their missing items! The worst part: the staff totally disregarded all existing safe distancing measures and basically allowed everyone and everyone to simply walk in, place their order, and find their own seats. Bottom line: the entire place is basically run as if we are in the pre-Covid era. Please avoid this outlet! Worst MOS Burger outlet ever!

writing this as a witness of horrible customer service. saw a young man trying to place an order at the counter because he was unable to use the self-ordering machine, and had to repeatedly call out for the staff members' attention and assistance, even having to explain that he needed to pay by cash. only then was he given the attention he was supposed to receive. why should customers be served only after they shout out their needs? why did the staff look at him and choose to walk away? why did they choose to repeatedly tell him to use the self-ordering machine? this issue with customer service does not stop here. while i do not appreciate the toxic "customer is always right" mindset, i do think customers should be treated with more respect (sorry for wanting a better society), at least more respect than whoever the staff member was that dealt with the young man. he stated that he wanted a specific item but was given something else (sorry for not stating what it was, old age has not treated my hearing well), and after trying to (once again) clarify with the staff, he was met with unkind rebuttals stating that he actually ordered and was correctly given something else. i state unkind as i would prefer to think that the staff member was being outright rude to a customer. funny mention, the two parties looked of similar age, young. i don't think it's a relevant factor, but it's amusing to see children squabbling in mos burger.

I experienced MOS burger for the first time. Very disappointed. The place was smelly and the quality of food also was not good.

Regret not reading the review first. I thought mos burger food and service standard should be good. But this one.. I ordered the Wagyu burger which tasted so horrible. I literally force myself to swallow it down. I asked for Coke zero but give me something else, I just don't wan go back to exchange. Oh, counter staff not sure how, to handle voucher too, seems blur and low energy. Geez no wonder so many poor reviews. :(
