★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a customer in front of me at the cashier counter, she forgot her member's phone no. or something like that and she ask the cashier to wait for awhile she'll go and check with who, I don't know so she went off. The cashier waited and look at me and I look at her and hope that she will cash my item first while waiting after all I have only one item but she didn't and waited. As I was in a hurry and she didn't use her initiative to cash my one item first while waiting for the customer to come back so I went off. Thru my experienced when I shopped at other shops, most of the time when this kind of situation arise the cashier will cash the next customer's items first while waiting or they'll explain to the next customer why they can't cash their items 1st while waiting and ask them to wait but your cashier didn't and this made me not very happy with her service and made me went off your shop emptied handed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. I was assisted by Vincent in the store and he was really very courteous and helpful. I mixed up my sizes and he had to get all the shoes again in a different size but he never showed any annoyance in his face and was very sweet. My experience in the store has been fabulous and am always a great fan of this brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using this brand for many years and I find it worth the price. The outlet at Somerset 313 had more variety and sales items as compared to the one at Nex. So do check out a few outlets before you finally buy any item. Also, do check their online store. Happy shopping!

And the bags looks great with all my outfits! Though it is not exactly a high end brand, I would still recommend office ladies to shop at Charles & Keith if you're looking for any bags or shoes suitable to have that professional and presentable look.
