★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a customer at the store and bought a few hundred worth of stuff, but the staff were very rude to me and my family members. I suspect they were racist too, when someone had a lost item in their store they didnt bother to search it and stood there like pillars. Even when a little boy touched a plant, and apologised when the staff told him not too, they glared at him and scolded him. The staff at MBS specifically have such a terrible attitude and are targetted racist towards indian customers who are not only my family members but others too. Other outlets were so much nicer, will not be going to charles and keith for a long time even though other outlets service are better. I suggest you change your staff.
