★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very unprofessional and impolite, unfriendly. I bought only 1 ice cream and she let the man behind me pay first because he buys more cakes. No greeting when coming, no apologise after let others cut the queue and no thank you after paying. There are many outlet around Singapore and I definitely wont come back this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encounter 2 counter staff named Wing and Miki at Chateraise Admiralty Outlet today. It's really the worst visit I ever encountered!
Is not my problem when your transaction terminal have connection issue. I believe this can be better manage. Not telling your client '' you have insufficient fund is it?" follow by another staff came over and say it must be your card problem our terminal is working perfectly fine its definitely not our terminal issue. After awhile the same card went through. And yet none of the staff apologize for what they have said. - I seriously think such big company should send the staff for training. choice of words is really important in service line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you don’t know what the customer wants, it really doesn’t matter how good your product is. I ordered a cake days ago and at the last minute they decided not to include one word I asked for, why? Because they assume I won’t that word. Also they accept all electronic payment (like Apple Pay) if I don’t hit a minimum, I won’t buy here any more as I think there are better options out there that can have my money. On the side note and the 2 ⭐️ are for the good packing of the cake, expensive but good packing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy that Châteraisé is gradually expanding islandwide, and has opened another outlet in the North part of Singapore. Known for their Japanese cakes and pastries that is made from eggs, milk and other ingredients coming all from Japan. My personal favourite is the Gateau Chocolat. Always craving for more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their cakes and puffs which are creative, cute and delicious. It's reasonably priced and what always caught my attention are their cakes which changes from time to time according to season and themes. Their cream puffs are great as well as their ice creams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loves this cake shop. Will drop by whenever I need a sugar fix. This place offers good varieties of cakes and snacks. My favourite includes the crepe layers cake (zebra), cheese cake, cream puff, dorayaki pancake, mochi and ice creams!!!!!
