β β β β β Close-by, limited, overpriced. Nothing new for a convenience store. It's convenient for picking up some last-minute purchases like some drinks or snacks, but any more than that and you're much better off making the slightly longer trip into Yew Tee Point Basement 1 and shopping at NTUC Fairprice.

β β β β β Um i bought a giftcard at 14:38 26 September 2020 and when i redeem it, it didn't activate. I already slot the money in the machine that collects the money and the cashier which was a lady did not give me the receipt i demand arefund

β β β β β The place sometimes got $1 drinks as an offer, but when I bought one, suprised to see that the drink tasted odd, and had no carbonation. I then went back to the cashier, to talked about it. They told me that the drink was bought recently, and that they couldn't do anything about it. When I went back out, I was shocked to see that the drink has been expired for 2 months. I don't reccommend this place at all.

β β β β β Cashier was very rude and condescending. I merely asked to confirm if I can use coins as well to top up my sim card and she replied with "I already said cash!" In a condescending and rude tone. My advice, go to literally any other convenient store instead of this one.

β β β β β We always noticed that the lady cashier don't practice in giving receipts to customer every after payment. This is my fourth time buying at this Cheers that I am asking for receipt. Funny part is, it includes a HPB rewards. Wondering what are they going to do about it? Scan by themselves even when customer paid for it and enjoy the vouchers? Clever!
It is a convenient store, but a short lady cashier will always shows you a not-so-convenient face every time.
Must remember always ask for your receipt in this store.
