โ โ โ โ โ THEIR RICE is gold here hahah. Really good and affordable chirashi don here. Tried the salmon and mekajiki don previously and loved it so was back for more. Tried the mixed chirashi don too and there's this squid with roe in it which is super nice.
But let's talk about the RICE? fluffy japanese rice mixed with truffle and ebiko(?tobiko? Lol sorry not familiar with my roes) and other things idk what it is but it is *chef's kiss* fantastic.
And tbh the staff's service isn't great. You don't feel very welcomed here.

โ โ โ โ โ Found this gem on the a way to Banh Mi express. Settled here, as Banh Mi was going to take 30mins.
Food came out quick and was quite good.
Customer service was questionable. Felt like they didnโt need customers and I was just annoying them.
Would have got a 5/5, if you just said hello or even smiled?

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely love this place! Chirashi King Kong is my to-go place for raw salmon/sashimi due to its wide variety of options from Aburi salmon to Mentaiko salmon. I love their truffle-infused rice which creates an elevated aroma and a dimensional taste to the dish! The food is also reasonably priced (8 pieces of raw salmon is $8.90) with a good portion! I definitely would recommend this place to all sashimi lovers! :-)

So disappointed this time. I called to order take away, came home and saw they gave me bad pieces of tuna with non edible white parts.
It was done on purpose as all the bad parts were face down.

? It's really good. Quality food.
? Pricey, wouldn't mind if it's cheaper (of course). Would patronise frequently if the price is a little more wallet friendly. As of the current price point, I'll probably visit once in a while.
? Might have to wait a while because its a small shop, which also means the ventilation is not very good as well. And quite squeezy in the shop. May be better to sit at the outer area.
? Will patronise from time to time if I'm up for some good quality Japanese food. Staffs are friendly!

โ โ โ โ โ $18.10 after gst. The colour of the tuna is quite dubious but wasn't smelly or anything. Taste of everything is alright/so-so but the price is a tad expensive for the shop setting. Unlikely to return.

โ โ โ โ โ Great bowls always! They have the best rice for don bowls in Singapore. Super tasty! Most of the time i really enjoy my bowl from them, except one time when the sashimi slices were not as fresh as they usually are. Probably visited them on a bad day.

โ โ โ โ โ Reached here 30 mins before they closed so we quickly ordered and got our meal in a jiffy! There were not a lot of seats so we're glad it rained/ it was quite late already. The truffle rice was the best and the salmon were fresh. A good price point, and though it looks kinda small in the pictures it was actually pretty substantial. For those trying to find this place, its near 100AM and you gotta go up to the second level. It's one of those few places that I will visit more than once!
