β β β β β You book an appointment online for a specific time, but then when you get there they ask you to book for a queue number regardless of whether you booked before or not. Obviously it is packed with people and you wait for agesβ¦

β β β β β Came here to do PET ($30) and the receptionists and staff are really friendly! Managed to find me a slot although they were busy and also managed to attend to me promptly despite me being early for the appointment. Process was fast and efficient.

β β β β β today 21st feb 2022, ive reached this clinic only to find out it's closed for 2 days . Whatta disappointment! You should update your page or website ahead of time so people will not waste time, effort & money!

Had my appointment fixed for 22/2/22 @ 920am. Received their reminder sms 2 days prior. Yet, the clinic was closed when i arrived in the morning, with no one to provide furthur assistance or queries. A note was pasted on their door with a notice directing patients to go to another branch instead....
Total disappointment for the way patient with a booking was treated, no basic courtesy nor respect given.. seriously it is just a matter of a text away. At the very least pls have basic common sense! Do not take others for granted!

β β β β β You do not have doctor on duty then might as well not open correct? People go to clinic when they are unwell to see doctor. The receptionist/nurse on duty as well is very cold, dismissive and not helpful

β β β β β There are some poor reviews but it was positive experience for me. Maybe there was change in front desk staff which to me really makes a difference. I will like to thank Rose n Dr Sonia for seeing my mum. Rose was polite, accomodating and changed my appointment at my request. Best of all, payment for visit was taken care of by CHAS without me having to ask. Only minor downside is clinic is small but overall I was very pleased with my visit.
