β β β β β Had been a regular last time when they served really rich and flavourful hot chocolate ?
Recently the chocolate drinks are sub-standard, and the ice chocolate was barely cold halfway through..
It was rather disappointing for the standard to fluctuate at this level, and we will probably only return from time to time, in hopes for it to recover to the 5 ? standard it used to be.

β β β β β Bought a dark chocolate cake around 7p.m from the jurongpoint outlet.
Very very disappointed as was quite dry.
For the price $ 42.80 it was too disappointing.
Our celebration was spoiled because of this.

β β β β β Wanted to buy a whole cake for a birthday but I could only get it in 3 days if I bought online. However you can get it on the day itself if you buy it from the store. Prices are the same as online (see last photo).
Cake was smaller than I imagined (vs AC) and the original flavor I went for was milky and sweet as one would expect of a milk chocolate. This was perhaps too sweet for my liking. Sponge layer was also pretty dense. All in all a good milk chocolate cake but I personally preferred AC cake (which is bigger, less sweet and more on a dark choc side).
Also be prepared to have to wait awhile if you go at lunchtime (I was there around 1210) as there is only 1 person at the counter and he/she may have gone for lunch per my encounter.

β β β β β Cakes are nice BUT I have an unpleasant experience here, probably won't buy from here anymore.
We use foodline vouchers on one occasion and only upon the cashier's agreement to activate it, it is only then that we are informed the items we wanted are not available.
We chg our items from sliced cakes to tarts, no stock either.
End up need to top up again for some chocolates that we don't want to buy in the first place, as the e vouchers are not refundable.
To those using vouchers, just be wary.

β β β β β Last minute request for a birthday cake and couldnβt get much options so decided to go for this on food delivery platform. All in all, this was my first try from this shop. Would say the cake was creamy enough but little too sweet. The size was nice and the cake looked aesthetic. I was never a fan of chocolate cake but I think I could buy in for this one.

β β β β β They do great chocolate everything, I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the effort that goes into the presentation. On one visit I ordered a latte and it was not great but my bad, who comes to a chocolate shop to order coffee??
Iβm keeping one star, through no fault of theirs the ambience is not great, being parked in the middle of the mall amongst the busy shoppers it doesnβt create a nice atmosphere to enjoy a hot chocolate or a dessert.
