★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wedang is a malay muslim operated stall selling a wide range of food items on its menu.
There are a number of good reviews and is a good testament of its food offering. It was won numerous award.
The stall had its lights on at 11:00am and is operating by then. As I was there during the muslim fasting month (Ramadan), there wasn't any queue at all.
I tried the Soto Ayam.
For $4 per bowl, it was slightly pricey but that was made up with good quality food.
The soup base was good and with added chilli, it got better.
Will return to try out its other items including its tahu goreng.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ checked out this popular stall in Golden mile food centre that serves decent malay food.
Apparently, there are a few dishes that they are well known for. Dishes like Mee Soto, Gado Gado as well as the Tauhu goreng. They also served satay.I had the Mee Soto which was SGD$4, portion wise, pretty big bowl and it comes with a bergedil. the broth was very hearty, perfect food for a rainy day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such amazing satay! 60 cents per skewer and the peanut sauce was absolutely amazing. Really friendly staff. A nice little snack while wandering the hawker centre to pick what you want! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courteous and friendly service. Their mutton satay is good. One of the better ones. Appreciate the piping hot peanut sauce. Note that satay is available from 1500 hrs. This is a regular goto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long time not having the Tahu Goreng. 1st time tried this stall. The peanut sauce is very thick & concentrated. This is the best Tahu Goreng I ever had. Although the price has increased, but still worth it with such a huge Tahu. Worth to try it if you have not tried. Next time shall try the Gado Gado & Mee Rebus.
