★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pork Rib, Prawn Noodles with offal. I hereby declare the best prawn noodle found in an industrial estate. Visited this stall after spotting an article on Straits Times in June 2019 and I have to say this is a true gem especially when it is almost impossible to find pig stomach served with prawn noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh, firm, peeled prawns, tender pork ribs, clean small intestines, and side orders of translucent pig skin with fat scraped off. Crispy pork lard. Pig's tail as well. Umami soup with no MSG-induced thirst. Finely sliced small red chilies. Old school goodness. $8 for a bowl with pork ribs, prawns, as well as pig intestines and stomach is worth it. Can't seem to find this combo elsewhere in Singapore, maybe because it is labor intensive. Well worth a trip to try. I know I'm going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 4th time eating here since discovering this yet another 'rare gem' of hawkers 2 weeks ago that offer a selection of food & can cook all of them well!
Be it the prawn or laksa broth, both are simple yet rich the way they should originally be. Ingredients, from prawns, vege, offals down to little important stars like lard & chilli, are clean & fresh. Oh ya, don't miss out also on their flavourful Fri&Sat only special, braised chicken feet w/ mushroom or braised pork w/ rib noodles! And not forgetting to mention, the 2 lady owners are friendly & humble! :D :D
Btw, this stall is nestled in a big, clean, spacious & airy canteen, which serves nice kopi too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw many good reviews for this stall, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the pork ribs prawn noodles soup at $5.00. The presentation was basic, but don't be deceived by the looks, the prawn noodles was really good.
The noodles were well cooked, springy and fried with crispy pork lard bits. Prawns used were deshelled, fresh and sweet. Pork ribs has a succulent and juicy texture. The prawn broth was very intense, robust and flavorful, you can literally taste the pork bones and fried prawns but it was quite oily.
Their dry version of prawn noodles are equally good as well. It comes with a generous portion of fried shallots, accompanied by crispy pork lard and the noodles are well coated with the chili sauce.
Tried their braised pork ribs noodles which is only available on Fri & Sat. Not so bad, the pork ribs has a rich savory taste and once you put the ribs into your mouth, the meat automatically fall off the bones.
Their mushroom chicken feet noodles is also very good. Perfectly braised chicken feet are soft and tendery. Do try it, if you want something different.
And if you are looking for a traditional SG prawn noodle to try out, then this is the place to go.
