All handmade by the stall owner, the thin dough is stuffed with savory fillings made with chinese chives and scrambled eggs. The textures of the chives and fried eggs complement each other very well, that you will enjoy the pancake in one luscious bite.
For meat lovers, you can try their Meat Pancake (猪肉饼). The pork fillings, mixed with chives, are perfectly seasoned. Quite similar to the meat fillings of pan fried dumplings. You will definitely like the juicy and succulent fillings inside.
