True. Service was poor. Come to the shop and just walk around on your own. The shop staff will not bother to entertain u and worse look at u. Shop was also not clean nor presentable. Kittens sold at high price. Not coming back!

My Friend and i came down today to look at kittens. I just lost mine on Wednesday and honestly still in shock. Amazing kittens and i zeroed in on the BSH and the owners were very accommodating and took time to speak to me abt looking after kittens (as my late cat was an adult when he was adopted). She was very accommodating and very pleasant to the point i felt bad not buying my kitten as the price requires some thinking over but according to my Friend who is aiming for his third main coon says that the price of a respectable Pedigree. So i would but the shop some slack cos they were nice to me at least considering my predicament of having just lost a very companion of three years tragically. I would have walked out with the BSH is the price would need me to balance my finances plus the scent of my former cat still lingers and need to neutralise before getting a new Friend in.

Affordable prices and my dog really liked the snacks there. Its a good old neighbourhood shop. Don't expect anything fancy. Just head in, buy what u need and head out. Its a small shop with basic necessity for pets!

Had a wonderful experience at pets tale and purchased an american curl kitten the owner was very patient and answered my questions regarding the breed and the necessities needed as it was my first time getting a kitten. Very glad I purchased from pets tale and met my beautiful furbaby whom I love so much thank you! The pricing for the kittens are fair and reasonable ?.

While our visit was civiled & we were attended to... with the interactions, cost & advice given by the shopkeeper, can' t say I felt that the shop prioritised the wellbeing of the kittens they were selling. There was another customer with a kid who was really squeezing the kittens and it really broke our heart to watch the interactions so we went elsewhere that felt like they cared where the kittens were going.

Managed to get my pet supplies! Very helpful staff. Only thing was confused as the signage says it was closed when it was actually open!

Counter staff (short hair, fat) was not welcoming. Dont think she is fit to be in the service line. Ask her for a certain product and I wanted to buy loose pack of the cat litter, and she gave the vibe like only 1? I only sell in cartons. But true fact is she is too lazy to open the carton and sell it to me. No matter how much the customer buys, dont be judging the person.
