★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took cab to the clinic. Reached abt 4:10p.m. The clinic closing time indicates clearly at 5p.m. Even on the website. Was told by the staff at the clinic that it's closed like abt 1hr before the closing time. What nonsense! Don't put closing time at 5p.m. then. Not trustworthy! Ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here for the past 7 years, Dr Ng is very friendly and hospitable. Queue can get very long but waiting time not that bad. One of the cheaper GPs in Woodlands other than My Family Clinic @ Woodlands mart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experience many times to this clinic, I come 9:30-10:30 in the morning but this clinic close already. I come back in the afternoon arounf 2:30pm- 3:30pm but also same scenario in morning. They closed early. They are more concern on their breaktime not for the welfare of the patience. They must add manpower to accomodate and satisfy their patients.
